Wasn't it just a few months back when he was under fire for scamming people in 2 different programs that Andy said he was done with surfs?
Whoever gives this crook any money, after what he did with TFT and xlo, deserves to lose what they spend. This guy belongs in jail with other scam artists. He is a thief and a crook and if anyone has his whereabouts, it should be turned over to the authorities.

Still going last I checked. I guess it's possible XLOTwo is a means of raising money to keep FX-O afloat. Pure conjecture on my part, of course.

Very interesting point Opie. It is very possible that this surf is a way to keep fx offer going, as that is what he did with the first xlo and tft. I have posted on several forums for people to stay away from this guy and his programs, just in case there are newbies who aren't informed on what he did. He really belongs in jail for running illegal ponzis and stealing a ton of money from people.

Wiredsurf (the re-launch) was put into the scam folder because it had closed a program previously with outstanding debts - how is this any different?

Anyone who starts up a new program without attempting to settle all old debts should'nt be given the time of day. It should at least be put into a "problems" folder, because of the owner's history, and then he can earn his way out of it.
