Personally I have no faith in FF. Thee are too many failed programs that have lost a lot of money for people. I would rather go my own way than pool funds with a group that has this past failure record. My disappointment with FF started when they forced everyone into their subscription program if you wanted to stay. Times that Fee amount with the number of members, I'm pretty sure they made out pretty good. Now start adding in their fees Hmmmm.

An investment pool is not a bad thing, but in the future I'd rather work with a small intimate group who wanted to pool their money and diversify their funds into more solid investments. FF had assured their members of DD, but it is beginning to look as if they did not stay on top of things very well, if at all.

I do understand the risks and am prepared to lose my money, but not with one group with multiple failures, who changes the rules and then starts charging additional money (subscription fees) to continue as a member.

One thing for sure: the feederfund management's association and DD with programs owner are not worth 25% commission. A monkey will do as good or better job of what FF is doing.

My thoughts exactly. I suspect them in being in a network with some of the scams, but if not - well, then they are simply idiots.

Here we go.. the last one (ILC) gone with the wind! All FF programs turned out to be nothing else, but the lowest scam.

This speaks well for the guy who made the due diligence and approved the programs for his pool.

I'd never allow myself to stoop so low as to get involved with a ring of scams to bring out for a feeder fund.

Was the person in charge of FF credible at all in the first place?

I know there is plenty of people, who also may know more than me about Matthew, that think he is a scammer... but I always found him very open, helpful and believed he was trying to do what he said he was doing.

About 60 investors in Club Invest met him personally in Vanuatu in 2004 or 2005 and I am told he showed ID to a few people there.

Apart from the Phoenix one, which he dumped fairly fast, I don't think anyone can actually point to any of the programs he offered that weren't widely considered genuine when listed... and paid for quite a long time.

Maybe they were all ponzis or scams in the end.. but I dont think that is proof Matthew knew that at the begining.
