I'm in it and still hopeful.

I read the entire document from the SEC and it appears that they sued them before in other states, but they continued business. On top of that, one of the conditions of the "Consent" form that GOD signed is that they conduct business as usual, under a Moderator of course, in the best interest of the investors.

At the same time, if the SEC is successful in its suit, I would suppose it would shut them down, or at least the way they do business right now. It will be interesting to see how it turns out.

Any guesses on how long this will take?

The wheels of "justice" turn slowly, especially when the feds gets involved. I'd guess it'll take months rather than weeks. I think it kind of depends on how much money G.O.D. has to pay it's attorneys and what kind of deal they're willing to cut with the SEC.

I suppose I had written this one off as a loss as soon as I heard they had problems, that's always how "problems" end, it seems.

I have to say after skimming through that first report, I think a 10 year old could have kept better records. It explains why they were asking if we had written records that could "prove" our deposits with them.
