Probably some jelaous asshole reported you to your host, just google offshore hosting for different alternatives.

I know IS is not properly registered to sell "Securities" in every state of the US as Steven and Chris are not from the US and its simply too complicated to register there. but thats has nothing to do with being legal or illegal. Since when is IS a hyip? IS is a trading/investment site. That is NOT illegal in the USA. Someone has complaint to the host that IS is a ponzi-hyip which is indeed illegal by this "security" act. It clearly is not a ponzi so whoever this prick is that reported IS, its NOT a member of IS.

makila: if you accept USA citizens and you have a program not registered accepting money from third parties then it's illegal to SEC and for almost all authorities over the world. If the program is private and not accepting USA people then SEC has nothing to do. So, even with a real program they always think that it's a ponzi because it's not registered.

I notice webonce is a US hosting company. That explains it. As IS is not registered with the SEC, they have been classified as a ponzi and if they dont mention on the homepage that they dont accept US citizens they are breaking the US law.

4 solutions for this :
- Try to solve it with the host, if possible
- Place on the front page that IS no longer accepts US citizens
- Register with the SEC + Register in every single State of the US
- move to a not american hosting company

I will talk to my host (already contacted him, but he's american so he's sleeping atm

Then I'll most likely move to another server.. so just a matter of days, no worries

It's more expensive, but you might want to host offshore. As I was doing some research for something else of mine, I cam across this offshore webhosting provider:

That's bad luck with the hosting. Best just to avoid US wherever possible I guess. Just re-direct the domain to another site (I am sure someone would create a temporary page for you) for now, until the new hosting is up and running.
