Re: Legisi
hmm..just curious, do you have any substantial info on Legisi that leads you to believe it will go bust? I'm not sure if there are any people in this forum that are members, but if they are I'm sure they'd like to know about any potential problems and other such matters.

Re: Legisi
I personally convinced someone in the PPP forum to withdraw all their funds from legisi.com and diversify it into EBL . Due to the lack of DD of legisi.com, she didn't feel comfortable keeping her money in it for the long run. She DID get all her money back from legisi.com too! I think she might put it all in EBL for now, but not until the DD is completed. I do recall reading the terms of legisi.com and it did include the clause "...cannot be held liable for loss of principle..." which is very shady for any kind of HYROL or HYIP, JIMHO.

Re: Legisi
I looked into this one a while back when I started this thread. They purported to have been paying 300% per annum over a year, but that was based on a person compounding, and as we know that adds to the already high risk.
I decided not to join because they had raised the entry amount, lowered the rate of return, and announced they were going private. Three red flags for me.
Matt Gagnon claims to have earned millions with his online businesses and that Legisi is his only involvement online these days.
I wouldn't put too much stock in his having a pending court case for false or misleading advertising though, as that type of thing comes with the territory when one is conducting a business, online or offline, for that matter. It would be relevant if the case were proved. Sadly many people believe everything they want to believe and not what is actually written in the fine print.

Re: Legisi
Well folks, I have bad-ish news. There's word from another forum (I rather not disclose for obvious reasons) that there's a real informant who joined and invested (loaned) money to legisi.com just over a week ago. I'm not sure what agency he or she is from, but the fact is they decided to dig in hard without Mr. McKnights knowledge of their work history. How this one will pan out is anyone's guess. I suppose if everything runs smoothly with legisi, there won't be any foreseen problems.

Re: Legisi
hmm...I wonder if this has anything to do with that CNN article about Legisi. Well , it wasn't really an article; more like a financial Q&A column. The column editor said he is going to contact the Michigan financial authorities or something like. This could be just pure speculation, but maybe the "powers that be" have caught Legisi's scent and are hot on the trail - who knows what they'll uncover.

Damm you guys don't give up do you? Move on....already....find something else....to talk about.
I think EBL is definetly a good start....I personally think there's a possibility with them moving forward.....Legisi is a thing of the past.
Get over it!

It isnt a thing of the past my friend, it's still probably still around. Not sure how long though.
Legisi thread stays here so that people can discuss about it, nothing wrong with what he is saying luv2loan.

Hi Jude,
There's nothing wrong with my statement as well. What I don't believe is how everyone here is trying to beat on a dead horse. There are more constructive discussions in regards to making money with other programs and this should be the focus for many of us. We all should be looking for the likes of a Legisi or maybe now EBL. I’m in both these programs and both have done well for me. I honestly feel that EBL will be the runner up and I personally like the way they handle everything. This is the route for me going forward. As per Legisi, I made money my loans have matured and I got everything back with no problems. Now, I only have the minimum requirement for a fund but it’s enough for me. Hopefully, EBL can do the same with the money I put into it.
Take care,
Luv2loan

I Agree with Luv2loan. I am in both programs and I believe that EBL is the next high quality reliable program out there. You can check out lots of due diligence info here and judge for yourself:
