So how long has it been since Dan came on and said he would update us. This is all BS like I said many times. We are back to square 1. It's like when he comes on we give him a bit more time then disappears for months then come back on while we all wait holding our breaths and give him more time yet again. Notice the repeating pattern?

By now Dan has bought enough time to establish a new identity that even his mother wouldn't recognize. Also, he has probably stashed all of the money in accounts all over the place so that most of it could never be located.

I actually had hopes of getting something back until recently. Now, I need it more than ever since I have finally found a dependable managed forex account that pays between l% and 2.8% per trading day, guaranteed. And I am left with very little to invest. I can't do anything but wait and hope that Jude has some idea of what to do next. I know I don't.

Ain't nothing for definite in this world pal. Anyone saying they can guarantee something is either deluded or pulling your leg - either way I'd be extremely cautious about handing over any of my hard earned cash. I'm not saying it isn't possible - but why would a serious fund manager offer, and furthermore guarantee, such returns that are way above the market rate even in the highest spectrum of risk/potential reward? To me it makes no sense. The standard profit sharing arrangement with managed accounts sits around a 50/50 from what I have seen.

If it's a managed account make sure it is an account that can only be funded and withdrawn to one bank account - yours, and of course, get your cash out and play with the house money ASAP. Find out the traders strategy - if he is a serious trader then he will happily outline the basics and you should get a feel for their approach, their risk management, and I'd also want at least 6 months, preferably 5 years of history on them. There's all sorts of cowboy traders out there who ride their luck for a time but inevitably their approach is fundamentally flawed and destined to blow up.

Seriously, if we take nothing else away from this BS HYIP world it is to be realistic in our expectations and remember the adage - 'if something looks too good......' well you know the rest.

be careful who you hand your money over to and make sure its a proper outfit which is regulated. the only person you can trust with your money is yourself, if we have learnt anything from this whole experience. be wary of guaranteed claims, thats how all this hyip malarkey started in the first place. At 1-2 % per day compounded you can retire rich within 5 years. Does that sound very realistic to you? In fact do you have the website to this company? I can give you a link to this fixed odds forex tipster in which you trade with betonmarkets but you at least control your own money. Have a look at their website. They are very good with nothing to hide and their trades all open for all to see plus you get 21 days trial.

The one I am looking into very carefully is PanaMoney. I haven't registerd yet, so there is nothing in it for me to mention their name.

PanaMoney does not look like a real managed account. It more look like a standard hyip program.

The question is, what is he forcing us to do? It sounds to me like we have him right where he wants us. I live in the United States, and I can't imagine what I could possibly do about being cheated by a Romanian. That is why I say I am just waiting and watching to see what develops. Based on past experience with HYIP I can't look forward to much.

I am not pushing PanaMoney since I haven't registered with them, and I have never been in favor of signing anyone else up for a possible scam. I Googled PanaMoney. There are about a zillion entries, and I couldn't find a single mention of any bad experiences.
