I don't see the guy has any intention to make refunds. He doesn't respond directly to optimuslh@gmail.com, neither here or anywhere for that matter. For how long? Anyway, the time tells us he is either not capable or has no intention to make refunds. As the time clearly shows, any investor, Jude, whoever else couldn't make any difference. So obviously the guy doesn't care about the rant here. The question remains - what the investors waiting for refunds still can do? If anybody knows, please tell it clearly here. Otherwise, what the difference it could make? Jude says the guy will be in jail if and when he decide to disclose some personal information about the guy. Personally, I doubt it. But that's my opinion only. Anyway, looks like we never will get any refunds, irrespectively on the rant here. Thus the suspect of use of stalling tactics with discussions of payment methods, yet again postponed promises, the guy's mood, parents, girlfriends, his location, etc. are of little or no help at all for investors involved. Said that, I'll be glad if someone is able to argue (with facts) against my skepticism.

your skeptism is arguebly logical. But I would want everyone to vote on this rather than to make a unfair judgement and decision of my action that reveals his identity. I don't want to waste all my effort that has been spent onto keeping in touch with Dan for the past 6 months for nothing.

I , knowing the other investor who has contacted Dan, am of the opinion to play Dans game for a bit longer.. but not as it has been played so far..

I believe that if he treats us the same way he has been so far, then we go against him...

If he cleans his act, by keeping us in the loop, then i can wait longer..

But we need some feedback and clear and true and to be kept answers from Dan..

Jude, you said you will reveal something this week. Now seems the decision is shifted to some voting jury (representative by what?).
Lets say you have 100% correct ID documents allowing to reveal the guy. Who is going to proceed further and how?

As proved by the time spend we have no working ways to force the guy to be responsible. So my vote would be for revealing the information. Jude may decide to do it incrementally to show that investors will proceed further and see whether the guy will even try to pop up here with a concrete refund plan that is far better than "better than nothing" hopewishes and treat investors according to their shares, starting immediate refund related supervised (by this forum) communication & start real refund traffic.

I just do not see ANY feasible arguments here why we should continue to play this game any longer.

I think we are asking the wrong question. Its not whether we get the info on dan or not, its are we going to proceed with trying to send him to jail or not. If no one is going to peruse sending/compiling the info and then organising it and sending it on to the relevant authorities it will make no difference if we know where he lives etc.

So, what I think we need to do first is to have a plan, where do we send the info? what info do we need to send? is it going to cost us money? who will organise it all? Etc…

Also, there is no reason, even after we know his identity that he should not payout if he genuinely wants to, its not mutually exclusive!

So, I vote to hold off till we have the info needed to take advantage of releasing his identity.

You know, I have been bearing the contacting responsibility for quite sometime, and I wouldn't know how much does everyone appreciate it here. Some might think I'm bullshitting and working with him. If there're any gods that you believe in, I'd swear to him/ her for you

Now back to the issue, I have wanted to release his info incrementally to show that I'm serious; but it again doesn't make sense if he doesn't come here as often to check or should he be offline most of the time.

The other investor who visited voted to hold off till this Monday and see, whilst I said I had enough to him and will just blurt everything off by the end of this week. Anyhow this week by week game has got to stop and the MAN behind everything should be speaking his mind and plans and executing them.

We're just wasting time even to discuss for what to proceed against him because it's really clear; everyone can report to our own local authorities, and someone will inform the interpol, we'll also proceed with our solicitor for lawsuit against him.

I for one not thinking that anyone would benefit from covering the guy as the timing factor would suggest zero benefits considering the attempt happened quite some time ago. IMHO Jude has the best means and the sound reason to go further for benefits of all investors.

Since you have apparently received figures for amount and dates invested from most of us, I am wondering if you have a ball park figure for how much Dan is getting away with. All I know is that he has $1500 of mine, plus all the interest I could have added if it had been properly invested. I suspect there are some who stand to lose a great deal more. I can't even show it as a capital loss on income tax because it was an illegal investment to begin with. In the meantime Dan has had more than enough time to squirrel it all away where it can never be traced. By now, he has probably done the same thing for his identity.

I can't think of anything constructive, so I will just check in here once in a while to see if anything is happening.

I would be updating this column as much as I could, but I have some real life commitment.

A little update, the un-named investor would be working with me to keep a close look for Dan to move our funds. Once there's anything, I'll be updating everyone.

For a short notice, I trust he could do a better job than me if he can physically reach Dan.
