Jude, I gave you an username and password from an anonymous proxy and Dan can enter perfectly with it, so I don´t understand why "he can´t access NN" now Those words says a lot about him..., or... did you send it to him?

sent it to him. he'll catch me online in the afternoon. whether or not did he caught up in an accident, he'll probably have to show you guys a photo of his cast etc.

The last time that I spoke to him on the phone (my IDD bills... sigh) was two days ago. I'm requesting him to pay everyone with another mode of payment. On the other hand I'm keeping quiet, and I suppose its best that I start a mailing list on the recovery.

I'm asking him to prepare everyone's funds release soon, if not proper action will be taken, and I will make sure he pay everyone to the best of my abilities, though I'm not taking the responsibility nor credit for it.

I guess somehow this HYIP saga has already ended since close to a year, and I just want everyone to be happy. I'm still a little taken at the HYIPs which I recommended and fail. It somehow backlashed to me on how my reviews are affecting people.

I failed, but this time round, Dan, please stick to your words and give everyone back their money.

At least the other scams didn't drag out this long.... They just disappeared and it was out of your mind sooner rather than later. This is really taking the p--s. I really want to know if this is a scam I can at least dont have to keep wasting my time tracking this s--t and put this out of my mind for good.

Jude, thanks for all your efforts in this matter. Do we have any timetable for the refund activities, sure would like to put the money to work somewhere else. Also, is there an alternative to e-bullion being considered. I can tell you that since the company's business are part of both a suspended divorce proceedings and a criminal investigation, you can almost bet here in California there will be an attempt to freeze assets.
