I just wanted to jump in with a quick note that Dan has refunded my account in full and I do believe it would considered one of the "big ones" being worth very close to 5 figures. So he still has my trust at this point having lived up to his word to the day he said he would. So hang in their folks.

I can vouch for Dan. A few months ago he sent me a bank wire with a refund for over $7k. Even though he took a very long time to process that refund, he's someone I trust. Just be patient.

Also, I spoke to Dan a few weeks ago about selling him some of my e-gold at a discounted price. I know he was planning to buy some to make refunds with (for those who wanted e-gold). Hopefully he's still interested. Since I haven't heard back from him, though, I'm extending that offer to other members of the forum. Well, this is definitely taking a long time. The amount of people invested with LH must have been outrageous.

Either that, or Dan has made a handsome profit with invested capital over the last few months.

Just out of curiosity, when did this refund take place as we have an account that is definitely 5 figures and we haven't heard a word.

I can vouch for the refunded 5 digit amount if it makes any sense. But to facilitate this thing, I would want EVERYONE whom Dan still owes money to send me an email with the subject 'Life Holdings Balance', date you invested and the amount that Dan owes you.

I hate to talk to him online. He sucks in communication. Let's get this done before the next step.

That contradicts with Dan's promises to serve the "big guys" first. Are you considering legal actions as the next step? In case of status quo and/or selective payments at most (friends, most influence/pressure?), when some/all others possibly blacklisted for refunds (for any reason or without), we might have a chance to get some % deposited back some day...

Just looking back in my egold account to send some info to jude, sent my 4 figure amount when gold was trading at $660ish, now its $900ish..someone has made a few bucks by holding out on refunds! So, all you people who sent in 5 figures, dan has made about a 1/3 on ballance, nice.
