Dan, if you mean that you are connected by dhcp by your cable company (if this is the case) you can change the DNS everytime you want to, in your router or/and if you don´t use a router in your network preferences.
DNS,s are not tied in a local network if you mean internet from a cable company. Perhaps you didn´t find how to do it or you are connecting in a different manner.

Dan said he was going to send some wires in december but he didnt(due to hollidays or whatever reason the wires didnt came through). Now he says they are for january. Mmm... maybe you should give him time until the end of this month. I am afraid if 0 refunds happen in january however, that the patience of people will grow extremely thin. The first people already start to *groan* and with reason! But I am certain, Dan knows this as well.

Its not because its Dan that we should hold a hand above his head forever. I think he already has gotten more time from us than any other admin we encountered with payout issues.
