I am suppose to be waiting for a wire for a partial withdrawal too. He's now at his family's place (Burachest or somewhere) for now and also to settle everything with the bank.

Bad communication. He should really get some help with this, getting someone to maintain the accounts whilst he just concentrate on work if he can't do it alone.

GOD I hate to lump Dan in with PeterB at ClubFX but it is starting to take on the same pattern... I really wish he would do what he says or just admit it's over... nothing worse than this going on the way it is...

I do have some personal ID info about Dan and I am passing it along to a friend in his neck of the woods this week as Dan is totally ignoring all my emails and PM's as well.

He can't say he wasn't given a chance.

Hmm....I wonder how's Dan going to wire transfer money to me when he doesn't even request for my bank details??

He still hasn't replied me yet. I am beginning to have this uneasy feeling...

Did he request for any of your bank details for those of you who have communicated and received replies from him?

Dan, if you are reading this, please stop trading/betting using my funds anymore. Just preserve what you have and return my funds. Thank you!

Dan, please PM me when you are ready to wire transfer my refunds. I will give you my bank SWIFT account details and so on.

If Dan has problems with DNS I recommend him to use OpenDNS, I use these DNS,s without problems everyday because my ISP is not working good with his own DNS.

Update: Fri, Dec 28th. It has now been one week since Dan said he sent the bank wire, but nothing has shown up in my bank. What's going on Dan? Where's the bank wire? What day did you send it exactly?

Coincidently,
xxx send me a small (private) international bankwire last saturday. It only showed up in my account yesterday evening(friday)

Remember tuesday and wensday no banktransactions were done. Wires take 3-6 days to process.

For Conciliator : 21th, 24th, 27th, 28th, ... so far just 4 businessdays.

I dont wanna bump the thread, just letting you know that due to the hollidays bankwires can take a full week.

That is if Dan truly send the wires of course. So he better did send them and didnt lie about it. But at this point, its still possible he did told the truth about it.

Give him time until next friday, then make your conclusion.

I believe and even till now, Dan's a stand up guy. 08 is coming in soon, we'll see how he settles LH in the new year.
