My my my it seems like life holdings is really starting to live up to its billing because it seems to me that Dan plans on holding our money for life. Please Dan we are begging you, the hell with trying to invest any more of our money any more in your plans that seem to fall thru the cracks. You aren't making any returns for christ sakes. The people are only concerned about getting paid right now; we just want our money. Just focus on paying people right now. I know there are those that want to stay invested in this failing program. But there are far more people that want their money now. We trusted you and over the past 6 months you have given us every reason not to trust you anymore. Whether it be you lack of communication, tardiness when it comes to getting out your updates or negative to 0% returns we want our money. If integrity and respect mean anything to u we should start seeing payments coming out within this next week. You told Conciliator you would pay him and yet you avoid him like a plague for over 1 mo now. Pay us dammit I don't care what it takes, get us our money back dammit. I am along with others so fed up with you right now. It makes no sense that all these people have to beg you to respond to their e-mails. If you don't want the negative press start paying dammit.

In all fairness, Dan emailed me on the 5th of Dec. He told me that the new, expected date that my withdrawal would be precessed was the "15-17th December". I emailed him on the 13th of Dec to follow up. I didn't get an answer, so I emailed again on the 14th. It's now the 16th and I still haven't heard from him. I'm hoping that my withdrawal will be sent tomorrow, on the 17th, but Dan has really dropped the ball lately. Everyone is getting sick of the excuses.

Well Dan, I won't make any smart-ass remarks here. I am mainly interested in knowing what the long term future of LH is. Can you sort of give us some indication of what you intend to do? Do you intend to get back into full time betfair trading with some forex on the side or do you have other plans in mind? Are you moving towards a more "managed account" type of setup, or?

Any info would be appreciated.
