I'm with you, the communication from this guy has really sucked. I'm still waiting on my refund and it baffles me why its taking this long. A lot of people have requested that Dan contact them and he has been slow to act or just has not responded at all.

well by this stage, I should hope so . I'm quite disappointed with how this once fine program has turned out, but if I request a refund it will take at least half a year to receive it (if ever) .
