What you're referring to is without a contract. When you have a legally binding contract with a corporation and they default for any reason, then you do not have to sue them or have court costs. All you need to do is to file a complaint along with the contract. It is is then included with all of the debts that the corporation incurred. Then all corporate and personal assets are frozen, sold and debts are paid. This happens before any other legal proceedings.

So, when you have a claim, but you don't have a legal, written contract, which is signed by both parties, then you must sue to get your money or file with a receiver, if one is appointed. If a judge allows that you are owed money, even though it wasn't guaranteed, then you stand in line waiting for all of the legal proceedings to be finished.

I have personal experience with this. My ex-husband took out a loan from me to pay off a substantial amount of money that he owed me. I drew up a written contract and had both of us sign it. Not long afterwards he filed for bankruptcy, chapter 13, which is worse than chapter 11. Guess what? He had to sell things off in order to pay me, because I had a written contract. I did not have to go to court. All I did was file a complaint and the written contract when I was notified of the bankruptcy.

So, there is a huge difference between having a disclaimer that returns are not guaranteed and only transaction records to prove anything vs. guaranteed returns with a written contract.

We admit that it is confusing at the present time and we assure you we are working
hard to make it as user friendly as possible.
We will not go into the specifics of the new site features but it will be a much
Improved site for not only the members but for the support team as well. This will
streamline everything.

Now.. We really need your help.
Moving the database of members, loans , history, exchanges etc.. etc.. is a HUGE task.
I (Troy) will be assisting Kerry in this and consulting with Craig but most of the
work will be done by Kerry.
In order for us to reduce the HUGE workload and to get the new site up as soon as
possible for the members we are doing the following….

Effective 12.01am on June 1st, we will 'temporarily' not be accepting new 30 day loans.

11.59 pm on May 31st is the cut off time for new 30 day loans and this includes any
loans that you want to rollover in the 30 day PLP’s.

Any 30 day Loans made prior to May 31st will mature as normal.
** You can then...
1. WITHDRAW your funds
2. Rollover your funds to a 120 day or 365 day loan PLP/PLP's
3. or let the funds sit in your Virtual account until the new site is up and running.

Your principal and interest from these 30 matured day loans will go back into your
Virtual Account to use as you wish as pointed out in the 3 points above.

We would really appreciate it if members would consider letting their funds sit
there, in their Virtual accounts so it is much easier to transfer a set balance then
to hand fill in a backlog of deposits, earnings, commissions and releases.

We would like the new site to be ready for launch on July 4th 2007 (independence
Day) We are very excited about this and we hope you are too. We are doing everything
we can to get the site up as soon as we can.

This is a quick recap of the points above…

1. Temporarily (approx 35 days).. No new 30 day loans will be accepted after 11.59
pm on May 31st

2. Your loans will mature and be returned as normal.

3. You can withdraw your funds, rollover your matured 30 day loans into a 120 day or
365 day loan or you can just leave the matured funds in your Virtual account ready
to be transferred to the new site, where you will be able to again deposit funds to
the 30 day PLP's.

During the new site launch we would appreciate some patience in regards to us
answering support emails and site functionality, if we have a few little glitches
here and there, we sure will appreciate your
understanding.

We know a lot of programs have shut down due to the very nature of what they do and
what they were set up for in the first place.
