For whatever it's worth..I'll vouch for NelsonN's position..I too have been paid so I really don't see what the fuss is all about. I requested a wire payment and I received it within 5 days.

My viewpoint is that this thread should be left alone. No EBL member should post on any forums any more - it is a big waste of time. Curious people can just dig back through the thread and this forum and find out all the details they need to know about how EBL online presence has evolved, and those that are naysayers, well, nothing will convince them so there isn't a point arguing with them.

I just received a letter from EBL today that they are closing down. I haven't invested anything, just signed up in the beginning. Hope everythong goes ok, and that nobody loses too much.

First time poster here. I kind of have the same request. I'm pretty much in a state of shock here. This is totally out of nowhere, and the lack of information they're giving us just seems totally out of character for them. I tried to PM some of the more senior members of this forum who have taken part in this thread, but I didn't realize that I need 15 posts first in order to be able to do so. Could someone please PM me about this? Thank you.

Well, if you are a member of EBL you should have received two e-mails by now from Craig.

If you haven't you need to search thru your spam folders before you delete them as Craig is using a Hotmail address. This e-mail is probably being flagged as spam by your filters.

No, I did receive those two e-mails -- I just found them kind of vague, and that's what I meant by "out of character." Not to mention the fact that they were sent by an address other than the usual address, and my Hotmail account actually warned me that the e-mail might be "dangerous," which I don't think I've even seen before. I was hoping that someone might have some more insight about exactly what's going on that they could PM me about (since I know this shouldn't be made public).

Also, could someone please tell me if their member's forum is still up? I never used it so I don't have the URL, so I can't tell myself. Thanks.

No I can't. I am still under contract and the TOS is that no information about EBL should be made available in public forums. The e-mails in my view have been reassuring, we just need to keep calm.

Believe me I want to post more than just this e-mail address.

For anyone in EBL that has not heard about it being discussed and would like to join the discussion, please email the person that invited you and ask for the link. Please do not PM me and ask me. I do not know who is or is not in EBL. Those that I invited received an email from me with the link already.
