Anyone notice that "patricia" has been silent since this post?

I must say, I wish I discovered this board a couple of years ago. The quality of folks on this board generally weed out trolls much faster here than on another board I have a long history with.

The forum is small with quality members, but i think as time goes, quality might drop too pending on the numbers I guess.

As for EBL, it's chugging along fine IMHO. The members are really looking forward to the roll out of the new website which is going to stream line the contract submission process substantially.

EBL recently dropped PayPal as a funding option because members were funding with their credit cards instead of doing direct transfers (ACH). I found this rather ironic because when I did a lot of ebay selling, I was having this problem as well. It seems that many people don't understand the difference between a PayPal direct transfer (ACH) and a PayPal credit card transaction.

EBL only takes checks/money orders and bank wires now. The good news is that they have eliminated all exchange fees between the different funding options as well.

Plans are the same: 50%, 45% and 40% for 120 days with access to interest every 60 days and principal at the end of the 120 day term. This will change when the new site rolls out sometime in Oct.

FYI. Some of the EBL trolls on the Talk Gold forum posted that earnbyloaning.us is not licensed with GoldCoders. This is true, however the domain earnbyloaning.com is registered with them if you use the domain checker.

EBL shifted from the .com to the .us domain recently and they need to update their domain with GC.

FYI: In October, EBL with be rolling out their own custom script with the new website.

Though October has been mentioned before, keep in mind that the new programmer was only secured in August (as opposed to announced) and EBL contracted the work to be completed within 90 days. This still allows the site to be up some time in November.

So what does this tell us about Oskosh...

He registered as one of my referrals pretending to be interested in EBL. The only people who received the above message were those that signed up as my referral.

Clearly not much to say for this guys integrity...

All sponsors are given the e-mail of each referral from EBL in order to make sure they understand the process. At the moment, it can be cumbersome for some as there are many steps involved - members know exactly what I'm talking about. This process should be simplified with the new site.

If you read the message closely, it was clearly intended to be informational.

IMHO, Okosh's first post to this forum says much more about him than it does about me. This behavior is much more consistent with Talk Gold than it is here typically so I have to agree with 4ebl.

Hmm, EBL I am in it of course as it looks very promising, My investment is not great but enough to make it important to me. My point i am making about them is i find the whole need for referral payments jar's my nerves in general. This is not a pop at EBL per say, more the concept of referral payment. On the one hand it positively motivates a member to spread the good news to other friends and family, but they also open the program to unwanted attentions because of the fallout from unsolicited efforts of referral whores who spam, list build, troll forums and distort the overall image of a company. If a program is good, its good it will get by with out the underhanded bribe that always gets pounced on by outside sources (read SEC) it gets a program labeled as a pyramid (read Poniz). My big worry for EBL ( i like them and i want it to work) is that they are in the U S of a which like any G10 country likes to keep its workers busy and poor! History has shown that big bro in general is very keen to protect its financial instruments and keep the little guy out. You only have to look at the min requirements of a "sophisticated invester" to place money in to a SEC registered hedge fund. (1million USD i think). Ie they don't want "us" to be able to pool our bucks together chuck it into a HYIP and get the ROI that only they get, they are keen to prevent this, partly by "protecting" us from scam (read the 12daily refund farce) and also by wielding the big stick of SEC seizing the funds whilst they "protect" us.
Where i am getting at (phew, you still with me) is that EBL, with that awful ponzi sucky script, refer all spamed emails, money stuck in the USA, is going to always be dancing around the ever changing money laundering/anti terrorism /ala patriot bullshit, because of this they will always have a Damocles sword over there head. Course they could always move the money off shore, go private and leave the land of the free LOL! Well i am in, will stay in and just worry away!
