Advertising Rebates:

Rebates are paid to advertisers for viewing other advertiser's websites.

The advertiser receive 125% of their advertising cost in rebates by viewing up to 30 web sites of other advertisers on a daily basis for 15 seconds each. An advertiser must have an active ad package to earn rebates. If he miss a day of viewing the required number of web sites, he does not earn any rebates for that day.

Your ad purchase will expire when you receive a 125% rebate of your ad cost.

5% will be used for contests or raffles.

15% will be used for referral commissions.

14% will be paid to various boards, trainers and designers.

11% will be used for administrative costs, customer support, hosting, site maintenance, advertising and profit.

Referral Commissions:

An advertiser may pay a monthly membership fee and increase referral commissions and decrease the number of sites to view on a daily basis. The amount of your monthly membership fee determines the amount of your referral commissions and the number of sites you must view each day to receive your rebates.

If you do not pay a membership fee you will be paid a 3% referral commission on all of your personal sales only. Free members cannot earn rebates.

When you pay a $20 per month membership fee you earn a 7% referral commission on your personal sales and 4% on your 2nd level sales. When you pay a $100 per month membership fee you earn a 10% referral commission on your personal sales and 5% on your 2nd level sales. All rebates and referral commissions can be changed at any time with a 10 day notice to Advertisers. Any such notice will be sent by email.

Ad Packages and Credits:

All payments made to Golden Panda are considered advertising purchases, not investments or deposits. All sales are final. All rebates paid to advertisers are for the service of viewing other advertiser's web sites. All commissions are for referring advertisers to Golden Panda.

Each ad package is $1.00 and is made up of 1 credit. You get 1 showing of your web site for each credit. The minimum ad purchase is $10.00. The minimum cash out is $10.00.

You receive 1 credit (1 showing of your web site) for each site you view. Depending on your membership level, you must view up to 30 web sites each day for 15 seconds each to receive your daily rebate. Viewing up to 30 sites daily will provide you with enough credits to keep your web site showing every day.

You can view a maximum of 72 web sites per day. This should enable you to keep 3 web sites showing on a daily basis. You can show 1 web site, for 10 days, view web sites and earn credits even as a free member.

Maximum Ad Purchases:

You may purchase a maximum of 50,000 ad packages at $1.00 each, per monthly cycle, which begins on the 1st of each month and ends on the last day of each month, at any one time for a total of $50,000. If you desire to purchase a single amount greater than this, you will need approval from the company.

Free Members can advertise 1 web site for 10 days. If you have purchased ad packages and are not paying a membership fee, you can advertise 3 web sites for as long as you have active ad packages. If you pay a membership fee of $20 per month you can advertise 4 web sites for as long as you have active ad packages.. If you pay a membership fee of $100 per month you can advertise 5 web sites for as long as you have active ad packages.

I confirm: the 100% Match on your FIRST Ad Pack Purchase will still be in effect if you purchase today or 6 months from now.. It is available whenever you decide to make your first purchase. Again, what does mean 100% Match? Let's say you decide to buy $1000 Ad Packages,... you'll get automatically another $1000 extra in ONE shot. I've made purchases during Matching Bonuses with ASD and I can guarantee you that your profits will grow much faster that way.

As the program is still new They don't have a "purchase system" yet.. but you can currently pay.

Below are the funding options:

Cashiers/Bank Checks, Money Orders, and Wire Transfers. You can make a Direct Deposit to their Bank Of America Account, but it is really not the preferred way. You can also purchase from your available balance after it has been funded.

The Minimum Ad Pack Purchase is 10.00 USD and the Maximum is 250,000 USD.

Golden Ponzi is just that, a PONZI.....The SEC can work out who is running the show and indict the right people...

You can believe what you want but before you make a statement like that, please, give us a favour: bring some proofs that this program is a scam.

You CANNOT cause it's NOT a scam and don't repeat what the naysayers used to say: "Look at the figures! ... It's not sustainable!" blah blah blah! ...

The burden of proof is on the program admin to prove that it is NOT a ponzi and not on me to prove that it IS a ponzi....

If you have followed the CEP case you would know this.....

No matter....Just wait till after the admin is indicted and he/she can't prove to a judge that this is not a ponzi.......

Then you 'll see that I'm right

Let me first say how much I appreciate all of your prayers and support. We got a call from someone in Canada that stated that half of Canada was praying for our success. It has been no different in the states; people are sincerely praying and standing up for the Golden Panda, the staff and for me. Thank You. We have read the complaint and strongly disagree with much of what was stated. Of course out of the 101 pages only 3 or 4 had any mention of Golden Panda. Our attorney is a very accomplished and successful attorney who feels comfortable and ready to defend our position on everything. For those of you who do not know me you will see that I have not and will never be a quitter, especially when I feel strong about my position that I am taking. This will be a fight but I believe that we will prevail.

Many of you have shared your stories about the success that the ad package purchase has brought to you for your businesses. They have all been great and you have truly stated the importance of this program being around forever. Golden ponzi and asd are NOT coming back...

This should be in the scam section with all the other...cough..'real' programs like CEP, Legisi....
They all scams...
