Here’s how the trust works.

You enter into a simple, one page exchange contract with the trustees. You will exchange $500 for 1 certificate unit of the trust or $1000 for 2 units, $1500 for 3 or $2,000 for 4 units. These are the only levels of participation available to club members. You cannot exchange less than $500 or more than $2000. Those are the limits per membership. You may have more than one membership.

The terms of the trust are that the trustee will retain and manage all funds received collectively from members and will apply them to the business offered through their third party professional traders and money managers. The objective is to achieve maximum growth while maintaining prudent risk management.

Each certificate unit holder is entitled, by way of his certificate to a claim against distributions made by the trustee. The trustee is under mandate to declare a distribution no later than once the unit value reaches $25,000 per unit, or a distribution may be declared earlier at their discretion. At this time the distribution is declared, the distributions are made and the certificate unit is surrendered. All certificate unit holders positions are liquidated and the business is over for the certificate unit holder.

You may not re-enter with larger amounts or roll over profits after a distribution. If or when you reach this stage, other options will be available to you in other arenas. This business activity with The Liberator Business Group is an ‘incubator’ for small savers and is not designed to be a main course for serious investors. This is not any type of 'account'. There is no 'balance' to check on and there are no provisions to make any 'withdrawals'. You will be updated every few months by the trustees with an emailed report so don't expect constant updates. Once you make the exchange, the funds are owned and managed by the business. You have transferred funds to the trustees to do their business according to the mandate of the contract. The objectives being sought here are highly extraordinary and once involved, you should let the trustees do their work. There is no magic or secrets here. The business is trading in the forex markets and success requires 'Time and Consistency'. Please don't be bothering them with 'status' inquiries as it will likely take a bare minimum of 18 months or more to accomplish the intended objectives. This is a savings program that you should start, and then move on and focus your energy and attention to other more pro-active means to accomplish your goals. This one will take it's course and hopefully mature in a way which will leverage your small resources and wisdom into something worthwhile.

Distributions will not be made to U.S. persons but the trustee will accept letters of assignment whereby that particular distribution may be made to another non-U.S. person on your behalf. If you have any doubts or questions about this, you need to speak with your sponsor about this. With authorization, funds may be used to set up the necessary ‘legal persons’ to accomplish this.
