Hello, my dear users!
It's been a while since I contacted you and I guess most of you are aware of the previous events regarding RTA and it's closing.
You can read the chronological development in these forums:

New official RTA site was running for a while at the address
http://www.rta-network.com but it’s down again, so I totally give up of hosting site.
To make long story short, RTA (as it was before) was closed, and the members that haven't achieved the withdrawals of 100% or more have been returned their deposits.
The main reason for closing was the brutal hacker attack that caused the site to crash.
After some reconsideration and giving much thought, I decided to continue with the RTA program, because so many of you liked it and were very supportive.
While planning it, I took in consideration several factors that was problematic in the first place:
- the new site shouldn't be vulnerable to DDOS attack
Regarding to that, there will be no new site at all; all the correspondence will be conducted through emails and official forum located at Life’s a Dream.
- the cash flow (transfers from one payment processor to another, exchange services, withdrawing money to bank and vice versa) should be as simple as possible and with lowest fees as possible;
Regarding to that, I decided to use Moneybookers payment processor. Why? There are several reasons: one can deposit/withdraw money quickly and directly (credit card, check, bank transfer...) and their fees are low. I had experience with them before and I can tell you that's true. In fact, I wanted to use Moneybookers before I introduced Liberty Reserve in the old RTA days. Another thing, all the transactions will be conducted in EUR, instead of USD. Don't worry if you already have Moneybookers account set up to USD as currency; you can send and receive Euros as well.
Since I mentioned the introducing of Alertpay in the past, which is also cool payment processor that doesn't use exchangers, I was thinking of adding the option to deposit/withdraw through Alertpay also. But, I have no previous experience with it and their fees are higher than Moneybookers, plus there could be the same problem with the cash flow (alertpay -> bank -> Moneybookers and vice versa), so I decided to go with just one payment processor only at this time - Moneybookers.
I'm sure you are going to love this part:
you will be able to withdraw all your portfolio (principal + earnings) - or just part of it - at any time, just like any common mutual fund.
But I'm afraid I will have to introduce the deposit and withdrawal fee that will be deducted from every deposit and withdrawal. All the fees for deposit and withdrawal to/from Moneybookers are included here and the rest are my earnings.
The RTA activities that will bring the revenue to the fund will be solely investing in other funds - offline and online. No, not the HYIPs. I'm talking about medium-to-high risk mutual funds and online private funds run by the people I trust.
The new RTA will be setup as common mutual fund; it will have its Share Value (NAVPS - Net Asset Value Per Share) that will vary from week to week representing the index of the fund growth. The share value is the result of the total asset size (all the deposits plus profits) divided by the number of outstanding shares.
The share value starts from value 1.00 and rising each week according to profits. You can buy or sell shares at the price that is equal to the share value.
You might have noticed that there is no marketing (advertising) revenue anymore, the revenue that the old RTA was built on. The reason is simple: there is no site anymore - everything is conducted through emailing and forum.
The launch will be very soon, so please check out the updates here regularly at Life's a Dream forum, that Davinci was kind enough to let me use it for official RTA forum:
