Someone who really has a lot of money invest it offline and immidiatly 200k at once. The risk an admin online runs away with the money is simply too big.
Yep, that's exactly it. Heck, if we were all rich why would be bother to invest our money to make it grow? I am not ashamed to admit that I am not rich either , but I am not dirt poor either - I'm just looking to have my money work for me instead of me for them.

As far as this PPREI program is concerned, I at least know that the company is real and that the company registration agent is real also. Sadly though, that doesn't guarantee my financial security. I must admit that the whole using escrow through FriendlyPay does provide an extra level of safety because they CANNOT take your money until you decide to release the payment to them, which means after you have at the very least received your original principal back. I don't see how they can run away with your money this way. If they do go belly under FriendlyPay would simply release the money back into your account (after they are convinced of the nature of the situation of course).

I am currently a member of another private real estate investment group which I trust because of heavy DD, so my hope is that if the admin of this program is willing to be more open with us potential investors I would not mind putting a bit of money into the program. Offshore real estate investing is a lucrative area to be in and I want a bit of the action without having to shell out the millions of dollars necessary to do anything in this arena. A pooled investment club makes sense in this case.

One thing that I do not like about this program is the lack of communication from the admin. I have yet to receive any response from him/her.

Once my forum account gets approved, I intend to contact some of the members and ask them a few questions, but my main hope is that the admin will accept my invitation to conduct an interview or provide us with the level of DD required and expected of all real investment opportunities.

Until then, I remain skeptical as always

Yes the Pprei administration has a very bad custom support. It stops a lot of people from joining. Support is everything isnt it? No support, no trust.

Yes you are right. I hope they take care of that poor support issue soon.

Hello

It is but there are some changes coming with FriendlyPay, which is making us make some changes which is why you have not heard from us regarding the new site.

You will be sending direct to us or via Ebullion now.

Thank you

Not too sure what he meant on the changes. Guess we'll just have to wait and see on this one. KIV.

Oh oh ...I don't like them using ebullion at all. This change will pretty much destroy that added level of security offered by the friendlypay escrow service.

Indeed, eventhough i am not aware of FriendlyPay's reputation, the latest info seem to be a step backword and will only damage the image of PPREI (whatever it might be now).
