Default Luca Fund?

I must say I'm really surprised.

I watch it for several months: there is one program Luca Fund that's been running for nearly 2 years now, rated at the top of most monitors...

How come nobody talks about it? Nothing here, nothing on NOBS blog, nothing at Clifton's HYWD, on Talkgold there is just the specific thread... I mean it's all quiet?
On the other hand, those obvious-they-are-scammers Please Invest was discussed everywhere!

When I reach that duration with my RTA program, I will be disappointed if nobody talks about it the way Luca Fund deserves because of its longevity...

(You may wonder how come one admin speaks so high about other admin's program, but I just try to be fair and objective, especially when someone deserves a credit.)

I've heard someone say something about this LucaFund in another thread. I think they mentioned that it is still alive and kicking because of the low return makes it take a long time to get your principal back. In my opinion a program's logevity is no guarantee that it is not a scam.

Wink Re: Luca Fund?

lucafund.net isn't talked about that much on hyip forums and other monitoring sites due to the fact that it doesn't offer referral commissions. Even though it has been online since September of '05, it may run it's course soon, but who knows; they might actually have a viable trading strategy that makes more than enough to compensate a fixed rate of 6%/week. Or, the new funds coming into the program could possibly be used to pay off older funds and the payout of 6% a week making it hard to keep track whether or not you're in profit. I've also noticed from time to time in the past that lucafund.net has been off-line or under various attacks and still pay it's members. I'm still thinking of sticking $50 into it just for schits and giggles. Hopefully more giggles than schits.

I've invested in this program a couple of weeks ago with the minimum spend, and it has payed me since then (a couple of weeks) every single Monday 6% directly to my e-gold account. So no bullshit of compounding accounts that you cannot withdraw from. Gold dust in my e-gold account is much better. I'll give it 4 months, and then I have my principal back. Not too bad. So many programs don't even get that far.

In other words: so far so good.

Are they really online since September 05?

To me it looks more like your regular HYI in-the-mail game. Kinda like those that MOG advertises.

Lucafund is probably a ponzi. But yes Jude they are indeed online since 2005. Investmanager is that other old ponzi that is still alive. There returns are low(for a ponzi that is), they grow very slow. Thats perfect for a ponzi to last a long while.

Here you got a list of some real programs :
- IS(Avrg 4% a month)
- Lifeholdings(Avrg 10% a month)
- PIDA(Project Based, no Avrg available)
- GF(Avrg 6% a month).

Look at the returns..
- IS with 4% is at the low end of real programs, Lifeholdings is probably the highest return maker of real programs with just 10% a month.(and probably also the most risky one as well)

If you compare against the lowest paying ponzi's :
- Lucafund : Avrg 20% a month
- Investmentmanager : Avrg 20% a month

So make up your mind. Take a small risk and invest in the lowest paying ponzi or go for the honest opportunities that give a lot less. I would strongly disadvise to invest in any ponzi's that gives more than 0.8% a day, these days. My preference goes out to above 4 sites tough.

Yeah, you don't see a whole lot of discussion regarding Luca Fund. This program is like the little train that could. Online now since September 2005.

I sat & watched long enough & then I took the plunge. In a couple of weeks I'll be in profit & then be continually paid for life...whether it's theirs or mine, who's ever ends 1st. LOL

Ponzi or no Ponzi all I know is that they pay! Whether the site is up or the site is down you can bet you're getting paid.

Here is an update from today...
Quote:
"Hi everyone

We just wanted to inform you that there are just a few of you (about 25)
who will receive your payment a few hours late. When we ordered our
weekly payment amount of e-gold we were off just slightly in the amount
and therefore are waiting for our exchanger to send us the remaining
amount in order to process the final payments that have not been made yet.

Those of you who have been with us a while know that this happens on the
rare occasion and payments are always made within 24 hours (or sooner) and
that there is no need to worry. We expect to have all remaining payments
completed by end of day Tuesday GMT so please wait until then before
posting any "not paying" votes. If we do not keep our word and have the
payments completed by then, by all means let everyone know, however they
will be processed by then so please hold your "not paying" votes. This is
NOT a frequent occurance, and in fact is only the 3rd time it has happened
in our year and a half existance. Again, the remaining few payments will
be processed by end of day Tuesday GMT.

Admin, LucaFund.net"

Just a quick update from earlier this week...

Quote:
Hi everyone

After numerous emails, messages, and posts, we are still receiving emails
from several of you asking to have your payments for spends made via
e-gold made to e-bullion. Again, we are going to answer this so EVERYONE
PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE EMAIL:

At this time e-gold is still operating, there ARE many exchangers
available, and until such time as either e-gold ceases to operate or there
are not exchangers available we will continue to use e-gold to make
payments for spends received from e-gold. If comes a time when it is
necessary to switch all payments to e-bullion, we will do so and will
notify everyone at that time so those who do not have e-bullion accounts
(which are most of you) can establish one.

If your exchanger is not currently accepting e-gold transactions, there
are several reputable exchanging services on the 'e-gold directory' page
that are... we are using them and there is no reason anyone else cannot.
Simply email them and find out which ones are... we sent 8 emails to
confirm this and received emails back from 6 stating that they were
operating as usual with their normal fees... not inflated fees.

Any additional emails we receive asking for payments to be made to
e-bullion for spends made via e-gold WILL NOT BE ANSWERED. We simply do
not have the time to operate the program and field questions that we have
answered several times via email and postings on both our website and the
hyipinvestment.com forum.

Everyone please be aware of the above... again, we feel as if the
accusations against e-gold are a temporary issue which will be resolved
soon.

Admin, LucaFund.net
Oh, & BTW, I was paid!
