The last time I talked to him was 3 - 4 hours back on IM. They have to re-input everything again from the scratch.

Yep! I sure do! What you have to do is leave a bit of money in your account..so for example how about you deposit an extra $0.01 and then try to invest the $20..for some weird reason this works..I've had the same problem.

So in other words, invest everything except 1 cent (leave it in your account's balance).
