After posting an ultimum on our blog, Marcos messaged me using his mobile on Yahoo Messenger stating he's now residing at his brother's place and will install ADSL there to talk to me.

It's absurd I know but at least I'm getting a response.

How about going on with the solicitor letter? I believe Marcos has had more than enough time to refund us (with whatever is left) if he wanted to. I think the only thing to stop the solicitor letter should be a refund. Not just a promise that we will get one as we have recieved enough of those from Marcos in the past and we have seen what has come out of those promises (nothing...)
