In this business you never know of course, but I believe Marcos has integrity so much as to reopen or refund all or some of the funds. otherwise he would of been gone long time a go. There are many programs that started the same time as FX-expert and all of them are already closed and left with the money.
The good sign is of course, the site that is still kicking. There is no reason for leaving it online for decoration..

No point registering with the site anymore since I have no indication from Marcos that FXE will continue, but rest assure he's doing something with the funds to kick off the refund process.
