Duplicate Threads and Thread Titles

When posting about a program, please use the following guidelines/rules:

1. Please use the program name as the title. This will be enforced in the Advertising Folder.
   
   
2. Do a search to see if there is already a thread about the program. If there is, please post in that thread.
   
   
3. It is OK to post about a program in multiple topics. For example, it is OK to introduce a HYIP in the HYIP Discussions and in the HYIP Advertising Topics. It is not OK to start a new thread in a topic, if the program is already there.
   
   
4. It is OK to post your referral link in the Advertising Folder and/or in your signature. However, it is not OK to post your referral link in someone else's thread. It is not OK to post your referral link anywhere else!
   
   
5. It is not OK to open up another advertisement, if someone else has already advertised the program. No Hijacking!!
