The Zen's Den did an outstanding interview with SolidTrustPay owners, Marc and Stella Hiemstra. You can read it here. Stella answers Zen's question about licensing in Canada, but she misses the answer as far as US licensing. (I don't know Canadian law, so I can't support or refute her answer about Canadian licensing.) So, I sent an email to SolidTrustPay yesterday, asking about US licensing. I'll report here and on NoBS HYIP Community Blog their answer.
