Default Friendlypay

I just want to bring this up again.

Friendlypay appears to be a very inpopular payprocessor. Somewhere last year they vanished and scammed a lot of people. Well...to be honest...I dunno if they really had a big userbase. If I type in friendlypay + fraud or scam on google barely nothing shows up. Noone seems to have filled a complaint against them. Its really weird.

The only known site I know that used friendlypay is pprei. Well known...weird is more the word. They have a few investors, but noone knows them. Its amazing pprei is still operational. Or maybe it isnt? The forum is down. So I dont know. Pprei and friendlypay may as well be the same people ... who knows.
Rupert is running a ghost town...

Anyone have any real info they can share with me...??

I think a good person to check with would be Alan. He seems to be keeping up with PPRei.

Yep, Rupert sure is running a ghost town. His (or his company's to me more precise) program is one of the ones that I consider to be somewhat legitimate based on my own DD. But as far as I see it now, the program is pretty much defunct. There is no activity in the forums. The admin never answers any e-mails. No changes to the website also.

Now as far as the relationship between FriendlyPay and PPREI, I doubt that there is any "special" link between the two. Now that FriendlyPay is pretty much dead (or on its last breath or at the very best having an uncertain future) PPREI started to accept paypal funding which to me makes PPREI a bit more risky now. The FriendlyPay escrow arrangement was what made PPREI unique among online investment programs.

The question is would one feel comfortable sending out paypal payments to PPREI. I don't know, but I sure won't until the customer service improves. Right now it is best characterized as being equivalent to a big pile of manure.

The thing is...All the money from investors was tied up in friendlypay. All that money have been stolen by friendlypay. Who knows how much money from Rupert himself was tied up in friendlypay. The question is how much % of pprei was funded by investors? How great was the loss? Questions that remain unanswered and which make pprei a very risky investment now.

Yep I very much agree. PPREI is very very risky right now until we know what the heck is going on. In the last update from Rupert he said that PPREI would honor all funds "stuck" or "lost" in FriendlyPay. I'm sure they had quite a lot so they must've taken a big financial hit. I don't know for sure until I hear more from Rupert, and that doesn't look like it will be any time soon now.

I have been associated with FriendlyPay for a number of years in a client capacity. They ran as smooth as silk up until PPREI came on the scene. I joined this real estate program based soley on the escrow option offered by FriendlyPay. I invested $500.00 and was paid out by PPREI a total of $1200.00.
Thankyou Rupert!

I reinvested in a monthly plan up until FriendlyPay was going bad. With the loss of the escrow program I requested PPREI return my funds to FriendlyPay with the goal of getting them out. Rupert complied! Of course after that my funds are lost in cyberspace. I remember the owners of FriendlyPay indicating that they do not usually endorse an investment program but in PPREI's case they would make an exception. Coincidence perhaps!
