Yes it is going to take time and yes I have to just ignore threats and abuse, and yes I understand the anguish and frustration, heck I’ve had more than my share of it. But hang in there, we’ll make it to the end.

I want to ask you tho’, there are some people that are just plain against me, and they will try anything to make me look bad and have clever arguments that do gather a following, But just ask yourself, if I really am the scammer then what on earth am I still doing here, in fact even people that have been receiving refunds have been on that bandwagon, quite amazing J.

The fund is very small after the refunds up to now so I’m not going to make any more for a few months till the fund is back up to a decent size. My trading strategy can be traded on any currency pair so I’ll be making a lot more trades over the coming months to try and finally get this all behind all of us.

Now I’m reaching out a hand of friendship to all of you, we can do this one of two ways:-
1. We can talk and be friends and work till this is finally put to rest, or
2. We can fight and abuse each other and no one wins.

Now the choice is yours folks, I choose friendship and hope you do the same.

Jude, there is still a lot I can help you with, and teach you, if you are willing, for example, do you know what an “ea” is, look it up, I’m sure it will bring you many hours of fun. I’m sure by now you have a few strategies that you’ve traded, and this should be interesting for you.

The scumbag has no attorney. He's taking all of us for a ride. Collecting funds without a license is illegal in the first place. Forget all that chitty chatter back and forth and let's get the law on his ***. I'm at the point where hearing about him either in jail or split open is enough for me. Even if I don't get a dime back.

Peter,

Your letter is a good sign of life from your side, but it would have been most welcome springing from your own initiative and not pushed by the registered letter of Jude.

I am happy to open a dialogue with you, but a dialogue is involving two parts, acting by turn, when one is asking the other one must answer and not keeping quiet for months. Otherwise the dialogue is broken. And this is what happened with you: it is YOU who broke the communication and not the investors.

Btw, I as investor, I invested firstly in YOU based on your good name and only secondly in your program. Therefore I'm holding YOU personally responsible and not the program manager, even if he is called PeterB.
That is why, besides money, you owe me RESPECT for raising you with my share of money from your initial status to the maximum of glory before loosing the money.

If you are really-really looking for open and continuous communication, then do what you should have done from the very beginning:
1. You transfer over the next 3 days to each investor's account (e-gold, e-bullion, etc) the amount of net $1.00 to prove your good will. I'm sure that for your approx. 50 investors you can gather fast and easilly 50.00USD without jeopardizing your tradingor your personal wealth.
2. Write within the next week personal e-mails to all your former investors now creditors and give each and every one of them the latest balance of its account before the hack and and also promisse a repayment of an amount you alone decide and spread for a time length you decide too. I'm sure you have now a better image on how much you can earn and how much you can afford to repay. I will trust you completelly, word by word, if you will say that all you can afford to repay me is only (e.g.)1 USD per month for the next 2 years, so be it.
3. Then, but only then, you can start having open communication with me.

I'm not interested to know and therefore not asking if you traded in the first place or not, or if you have been hacked or not, or what actually happened with the money I trusted YOU. I only expect fast a message from you and then quarterly updates, YOU OWE ME at least that much respect.

It must be crystal clear to you that as a group we are where we are because of you, because of your actions and attitude and not the other way around. Because of your bad actions (or lack of action) you lost the money and because of your disdain attitude people are chasing you.
To brake the circle you must change radically: compensate your previous bad action with good action as I described above and change attitude to showing availability and respect to people.

Missing the opportunity to answer to this message by this Sunday night and missing the opportunity to change yourself for better, means beyond any doubt that you accept and even that you agree with the fact that you are a bad investment for your creditors from the moral point of view first and then from the financial point of view and as a consequence each and every former investor is free to recover the investement by any means he/she can think of and use.

I think this letter is way too nice. PB has shown the utmost contempt for the members and I don't think any further communication is needed and or is a good idea. The next communication PB should get is a visit from the police.

It amazes me that PB actually seems to think he still has any believers out there. I think it is a generally accepted fact now even by his former die hard fanboys that he is a simple scammer and a proven liar. The time for talk is over. Jude's letter should stand as the last letter and no further communication should be entered into. There is little to no chance of any of us receiving any further monies however it would give pleasure to many to see justice done.

PB clearly isn't very bright as his purported "proofs" can attest. He made a big mistake by not hiding his personal details and instead relies on the apathy that is so common amongst those who have been scammed. It is usual in this situation for members to complain and talk of legal action but nothing happens and eventually people give up and just write it off. PB is relying on this and the longer he can draw this out the more likely he is to get away with it.

I suggest the next step is informing the SA police and any other authorities including the tax department. Do not dignify PB's response by any further correspondence! Nothing good can come of it. We won't get any money back but imagine how good it will feel to see justice done. Better yet, post the email and snail mail addresses of the appropriate SA authorites here so that many of us can write and complain. The more who do so, the more likely action will be taken quickly. SA is already tainted by being on the same continent as the acknowledged world leaders in cyber fraud and they may be more inclined to take action when given a simple easy to prosecute example. If possible post PBs details publically too as the more details included in correspondence the better.

The time for talking is over. Lets move forward and see if we can see justice done for once. Do not dignify his silly email by replying to it.

Oh and a personal message for PB who is undoubtedly reading this. Be afraid, be very very afraid.
