Bindi posted at GT # 3258 that Schminner hasn't any money invested. If this is so could he be a mole ?? Also has Bindi come on board ??

I remember Schminner started after the hacking to speak doubtful and later cynical against PB, so I think he is all right.
Anyway, how can you be so sure about somebody you didn't meet in person, how can you be so sure that behind the scene he is not exchanging mail with PB? What can you read further than the IP?

Yes Jude, please see where T-Man got so far, which are his views and plans. But this is not enough and not necessarily must be reflected in the content of the ultimatum letter to PB. Before sending the ultimatum letter we must plan minimum 2 steps ahead as action plan, if not all the steps. My guess is that PB will ignore the letter, especially since this will be sent by e-mail and in the collective name, which does not mean for a court in everybody's name. I'm affraid we will have to have a next step consisting in individual letters on paper, send by regular mail with confirmation of receipt. And then going to court or to the police. A complaint must be filed to the police by the top 3 or top 5 investors which lost large amounts, don't count on the rest for the opening. Later on, yes, to show the total amount.
I think PB knows about T-Man living in SA, if he did not pay back completely T-Man, this means PB can handle that or he has no money.
PB also knows that there are 9 month since he initiated his scam and nobody did anything really dangerous to him, otherwise we have heard it.
