I agree with all of the previous statements. Ultimatum then action.

Hi

I vote for The Ultimatium and then the authorities.

Btw, when I first joined ClubFX, the money was transferred to the hacker instead but via the GT forum, PeterB did honour the amount, and I was in the program till it collapses...

I wonder how I can prove that... haha better check the GT forum?

Regards

Faustine

My money, your money, our money is almost certainly gone. If there was anything remaining, Peter would be using it to make small monthly refund payments to keep the membership complacent. That's not happening so that tells me there's nothing left.

I personally think he blew the majority of it in bad trading. If he had just admitted this right at the beginning instead of concocting an elaborate web of lies, most of us would have been ok with it (if he could prove it, of course). Drawdowns, or worse, are to be expected with such a high-risk vehicle as 4x and we all knew this going in. He was a newbie trader wannabe who blew a major account, got scared, and saw an opportunity to try and bullshit his way out of his predicament when egold ran into their legal problems with the US DOJ. The timing was perfect so he jumped at it. I don't recall who first put forward this theory but it's the most plausible scenario I've seen yet to explain PeterB's irrational idiotic behavior.

If the theory is correct, and the money is mostly gone, an ultimatum is pointless. The man belongs in jail, and so does his wife, for fraud and accessory to fraud respectively.

I'm really curious now what's happening with T-man. His silence is deafening. I'm even more curious about Conciliator. He was the primary driving force behind the effort to make Peter come clean. It seems he also had the monetary/legal resources to act individually. When he was finally availed of Peter's complete ID and contact details, he all but disappeared. Whats going on, Conciliator? Talk to us, man!

A heartfelt thank you to Jude. The time and effort you're expending on everyones behalf are greatly appreciated.

Cool Re: Club-FX Recovery Plan

I cannot tell I lie opie999, I may not have been the first but I did suggest that Buchner’s action was opportunist. I even considered that he used some of the money to send his wife to visit her folks, which happened shortly before the money went missing.

I even considered the possibility that Joy, his wife, found out that his trading had gone badly wrong and there was no money in the kitty for further trading and also found out Peter’s intentions of blaming a hacker. She upped sticks with words like, “not with me on board you don’t. I’m off to my mothers.”

Just one final comment. Before making any threat (ultimatum) we should be prepared to and have the ability to carry out the threat. Otherwise there is no point in issuing an ultimatum.

So come on boys and girls back Jude’s proposal to the hilt or forever hold your peace. There is no in between.

Jude,
Do you have an account that I can donate to? Hiring a PI will cost money. I'm willing to donate to a fund to start the ball rolling.

To sum up my posts on the GT forum:
I think our money is gone and we won't get it back. I'm willing to spend a little money to go after this "bad" money. I'm not vindictive and I don't believe in hurting people. If we can't get our money back, we should notify the police and see if they are willing to prosecute.

If I was conciliator and had all of PeterB's documentations to move forward, that's in addition to having a personal PI remaining on standby near PeterB's home, I'd get the show going for myself.

Also, I really don't think Forex trading ever existed in the first place. I honestly don't think he knows what the hell forex is in the first place. He claimed his positions were stuck in a "hedged position". Does he even know what "hedged" mean? He probably looked up a few forex jargons online and threw it in the forum and those who don't know about Forex bought it.

I think he had massed in so much money that he claimed the program had been hacked in order to prevent making the 1st heavy round of the 20% payment.

PeterB even suggested paying 14% instead of the original 20%. That was so, according to PeterB, because his account was approaching the 1 million $ mark. In the Forex market and with many Forex brokers, 1 million $ is peanut.

After seeing and feeling the large amount of money in his program, he did not want to give it back to the investors/donators. Overwhelmed by greed, hence the fabrication of hacking. And, remember, his fabrication of some hacker trying to hijack his program in Vietnam?

What a load of crap. Really think about it and put the guy behind bar would be your best bet. Oh yeah, his wife too.

I voted for ultimatum, but I don't think we should wait very long for him to answer and if he should happen to agree to something we have zero tolerance for Peter not keeping to his agreement and move swiftly to option 2.
