May I suggest first to have the quotations and see the financial implications? If Conciliator has one so much the better, let's see it.
Secondly, just ask T-Man which are the recommended organizations in SA where we can report PB in the most efficient manner? Contacts will be most welcome too. Otherwise the ultimatum will not work.
Third: please, can somebody ask on FOC basis the opinion of a solicitor in USA, UK or SA on how to proceed?
Only then you restate the options and we vote.
