It's more than enough for everyone to wake up and start giving up the hope on his 'refunds' before he gets away.

Perhaps his docs should be shared with everyone. Sorry to say, but your attempts will be just a waste of time. At best, you would be the only one paid back . You gave him many a chance, and he didn't deliver. Do what you set out to do from the start before you got the info from PeterG and post his stuff.

Assuming of course that the info B shared with G are his and not of an innocent, unsuspecting victim.

ziedariana, just for info, I obtained PeterB's details long before ClubFx was started, and at that time he was an active GT member and fairly open as to his identity.

I don't believe that PeterB started Club Fx with the intention of scamming anyone, therefore I believe that the details I had were authentic..

Jude: Please point me to the e-mail field so that I can post you my losses in Club Fx - or is a PM OK?

Also please note that T-Man has posted on GT forum, that he contacted PeterB to inform him that he was taking legal action.

PeterB asked how could he do that, when he (PB) had just completed another round of repayments ?

I am not aware of any payment coming my way... anyone else?

In my opinion PeterB's only aim is trying to create confusion among the members and gain time. It seems pretty obvious he's not refunding anyone at this time.

You're probably right about PeterB's initial intention, but when there's nearly half million $$$ poured into his program it is very tempting to just keep it.

Hence the fabrication of e-gold hack and forex trading never existed in the first place ....

otherwise, he would had proved that he lost the $$$ in trading, and not just providing some doctored demo trading account ...

Nonetheless, if PeterB sits in jail for several years without having to return the $$$ he stole, it will be well worth it for him ... I mean, it would take nearly a lifetime to make that $$$...

Why not just sit in jail a few years and just wait to retire, on behalf of everyone ???

well.. usually when you get convicted, the stolen funds are confiscated.. and either returned to members (after fees..) or just go to the national budget

I just sent the following email to PeterB. I'm back from the holidays and ready to move forward on this.

Because you've failed to ever establish anything you've said. All of your claims are empty and unsubstantiated. And the only evidence you have provided incriminates you even more. If you'd like to gain some credibility then please send your attorney's contact information. I’ve asked for it several times. Not surprisingly, all you have are excuses. You haven’t verified your story using any of the means in which you easily could do so. Why? Because your story is a giant fabrication. You’re not fooling anybody Peter.

As you can see, we're sick of your lies and inaction. We're sick of silly hacking stories and doctored screenshots. We're sick of waiting for OUR money back. This, Peter, is a warning and also an opportunity. Refunds need to start being made NOW and to EVERYBODY and for substantial amounts. If you manage to do this, you can save yourself and Julie a lot of grief and legal turmoil. If you don’t, we're not waiting. We're ready to nail you to the wall. We have your identifying documents and plenty of evidence for the authorities. Hopefully, for everyone's sake, you can refund each investor before these measures need to be taken. If not, then so be it. We'll happily spend our time and resources making sure you get what you deserve as a despicable scammer.
