Interestingly enough, South Africa has a MLAT (mutual legal assistance treaty) signed with the United States

so maybe there are some legal implications between PeterB and defrauded US Citizens.

There is no doubt that lame disclaimer would not hold up in any court of law. More so due to the fact that if tries to hold up that disclaimer as his defense people can simply sue him for fraud and force him legally to open up his trading records to PROVE he was actually doing what he said in his TOS.

I know of two cases in the US where people trading for others and one where someone was selling a trading method were forced to open up their books to the courts... PeterB would have to do that in any fraud case... so he can say all he wants about hackers, the point is he has not proven a thing.

His latest post is a couple of screenshots that show about 37k being moved out of his Egold I simply fail to understand how that proves he was hacked? It looks like a number of transfers... nothing more nothing less...

I think for peace of mind people should move ahead with a fraud suit or charge and force his records to become a matter of public record.. the bottom line is and always has been (no matter how much he tries to avoid the fact) that he simply hasn't (can't ?) prove he ever earned 30% ROI in a single month.. which is what his WHOLE program was based on...

That sinking ship is going down fast...

I agree. If I was located in South Africa and lost a very large sum I would definitely sue.

Yes, very interesting indeed ... if you threaten PeterB, he will not pay a single cent ...

And, if you remain silent and cheer his honesty and integrity, he won't do anything but promise to possibly pay you one day ....

Based on those 2 statements that PeterB had made, I guess NOBODY will ever get paid ...

Best bet is to just pursue legal action and send the guy to jail ... then his wife will probably use the "stolen" money to bail him out and to hire an attorney ...

You are right. Finally the funds belong to lawyers so people are always waiting if they can receive something from the Admin during a long time.

I am in the same situation as Jude with an Admin of some program and I have all his documents, and it looks a lot like PeterB. People decided to wait and they received part of the funds, then he told that he was losing money due to problems in carry trade and told everybody to wait some more time to send the rest of the funds. And know what?: this month I haven´t received any update from this Admin and today the emails are returning to me...

Ok I admit it I'm having fun hounding him over in GT he's such a wanker and obviously is lying as proven by his so called proof.

But it is really funny watching his stories and how completely out of touch he is. but someone made the point earlier it's really a telling sign when someone that is as completely useless with a computer as PB is can still scam this many people how much must the good scammers make in a year?

The bottom line for me and my friend that is invested with PB, (which by the way is one reason I keep on him, my friend doesn't want to do so for fear of PB saying ok everyone gets refunds but you) even if the money is finally paid back, in a year or longer etc.. it's still a scam because he never provided the 20% monthly he claimed and he has now had the money for how long, six months or longer without paying any returns at all?

I give him credit for the attempt yes, no question. But sadly every time he opens his mouth (or pounds on his keyboard) he simply makes himself look more guilty and quite frankly more stupid.

I mean did you see those E gold screen shots? Pathetic...

Or what about these so called trading account screen shots...

With each and every action he proves more and more he is clueless and simply unable to comply with the most minor request, which would put all of this bashing to rest.

Very odd for someone claiming to want it to all end he will not do the two simple things that would end it... telling signs indeed.
