Yes it is... as they banned my traderj name.. I decided to test and see if my IP was banned..it seems not.. not that it matters I could simply post from another machine.. but I don't care for that forum, but I was interested in the TGE thread as I have started legal action against them as of today.

I would be surprised if any hacker was ever caught by tracing their egold number to a bank account. It is too easy to get an anonymous egold loadable debit card which I assume is what all sensible criminals use.

The evidence suggests the hacker was PeterB himself and it is he that the lawyer should be talking to. I'm not making a direct accusation but merely stating PeterB's behaviour has been very suspicious and he should be the prime suspect in this crime.

From my experience, when an account is frozen, it simply disappears from the database. Which is not the case with Paul Roeder's account. It is still showing as blocked on e-gold's spend page. I could be wrong.

An attempt to spend on recently closed Feeder Fund account which "was frozen pursuant to a court order issued by the United States District Court" (in e-mail message to FF from e-gold, disclosed by FF) returns a message:
Cannot preview spend, the error is:
Payee Account Number (1063249) is missing or invalid.

An attempt to spend on Paul R's account returns a message:
Cannot preview spend, the error is:
Incoming Spends Blocked on Recipient e-gold Account 2708964. A Block has been applied to e-gold Account 2708964 (PR´s e-gold). No payment can be made to this account while a block is in place. If you have any questions regarding this block, please direct them to your intended counterparty rather than to e-gold.com. Please note that this message does *not* imply that your account is blocked.

Thanks for taking the time to read my post Seemezo, I was hoping that someone would pay it more attention than a quick sweep under the rug.

Sorry I did read your post and got the point you were trying to make quite clearly I just didn't comment on it as pretty much everything I have seen PeterB do to this point are the actions of a very guilty man. Lots of shuffling and blubbering and playing the woe is me card, but in fact he has never done the most simple of things that would prove his stories to be factual which usually means he CAN'T do those things.. as they would have the opposite effect of proving his guilt...

His bold claim of refunds starting at the end of June seems to have all the sheep quietly at bay in GT and that is really his main goal at this point.

I could list at least half a dozen pointed and very important questions he completely ignores. He only seems to pop in when one of the sheep or a sock puppet tell him how he is the salt of the earth and how they thank god for having met him...

It's all rather odd to say the least.
