You see I hate to do the beating a dead horse issue... so I'll try to be brief while off topic here. But the above post is a perfect example as to what's wrong over there at ST. Jamdoody well we saw that meltdown and he was totally demolished in a battle of wits.. (being un-armed was a clear disadvantage for him) but now PeterG the supposed voice of calm and reason is shown point blank 7 or 8 exact references to him doing the exact thing he claims will get ANY member banned..and he just pretends it didn't happen and it was never pointed out to him.

I must agree with others with a lack of actual moderation of the moderators that forum is fast becoming an incestous little hive of posters that carries no meaning as they are simply ass kissing or cheerleading.. hard to see the value in that when any voice that does not follow the party line is quickly banned and made out to be some sort of enemy....

A very sad state of affairs indeed..

Of course that's my opinion, YMMV

What you should understand is that you all assume that Conciliator was banned for putting BS in his post. And why should he (or I) tell you any different ? As a 'for instance', if anyone wrote at GT "that's a load of fucking BS" the first thing that will happen is that a Mod will delete the 'fucking' from the post - leaving a seemingly innocuous post as the root cause of the ban. I hope that is not to deep for you to understand with your limited capacity for intelligent thinking.

Well that's a nice insinuation, but my posts were not edited at all. The way they currently stand are exactly the way I posted them. People apprently get banned even for saying "bullshit". I hope that is not to deep for you to understand with your limited capacity for intelligent thinking.

Then stick up for what you believe and tell the other moderators and the admin that you don't think saying "bullshit" warrants a ban. Tell them that if that's what I was banned for (since it was), that I should be unbanned. Or, if you agree with them, tell them that you've had a good time at GT, but that you're saying goodbye, since they're going to have to ban the hell out of you for saying "bullshit" so many times if they want to claim to be impartial.

If you want to be re-instated, you apply to the forum Admin. If you feel you have been abused by a Forum moderator, you complain to the forum Admin.

I'll need you guys to stay focus and instead of discussing these stuffs that was brought over from GT, to the recovery process of the funds from PeterB.

Is there any concrete suggestions coming from our members? I don't think he'll release any information for any of us to access the E-gold account to check at all.

Should we just get a solicitor and head to E-gold for the recovery of funds from PeterB? Is there any updates on GT from him?

traderj, in all honesty (and yes, I've got some... somewhere..) I have absolutely no idea why you were banned, and even less interest in finding out.

peterg, you're welcome to stop by and add your comments any time you wish. There are plenty of other discussions happening around the forum that haven't degenerated to the pathetic level this one has.

Jude, there hasn't been a peep out of PeterB since last thursday, the 24th.

My stake in CFX is relatively small compared to some of the rest of you guys but if PeterB has emptied the egold accounts, what will a solicitor be able to accomplish? I really have no idea and that's why I'm asking. I do think time is of the essence and if legal action is to be taken, the sooner the better at this point. It seems pretty clear PeterB has no intention of cooperating with you or anyone else.
