Hi all
I suppose it's time I got here...

I have been a staunch supporter of PeterB all along, but I find the date discrepancies in the E-gold screen shots and Peter's lack of response to this issue somewhat disturbing.
I do hope everything between Club- Fx and it's members can be resolved amicably - however if it is true that Club-Fx was hacked, then I am all for legal action against the hacker. That would benefit all concerned.

I think the balance is tilting little by little (why, even Peterg and jambutty are both asking for an explanation of the discrepancies in the e-gold screenshots)!

The more he posts without answering the serious concerns the less his credibility. It would be so easy for him to make all this go away if in fact he has been telling us the truth. His excuses only serve to increase the disquiet.

What does not make sense however is that if he has in fact provided accurate identifying data then he cannot hope to get away with it if he is trying to scam us. Also, the stupid errors in the screen shots seem so amateurish which does not make a lot of sense if he were attempting a scam. It would be quite easy to show evidence of a hacked transaction even when one did not exist so his failure to do so is purplexing.

I really don't know what to make of all this. I am very curious to see how it all pans out especially once Jude's lawyer gets involved.

Jude, can you let us know if and when he (PeterB) does contact you?

Reading in the GT forum about it an so many in a state of pluralistic ignorance is/was really depraving… not only for the members but for the whole forum IMO. What s or whom is protected, and for what reason ? … HM… My loss was very small around $400 I was late in and have not take anything out, but anyway hope some smart persons in here can do something for the act itself and maybe some recoverings... in the back mirror - as always - there was some flags but who could believe…… and this developed situation negating providing answers on relevant questions from some competent people with knowing of how to interprets special facts is both demoralising and it’s like a criminal act itself of an admin who has committed (serious) breach of his promises to the members, as long as he/she not can convince with evidence.

So easy solved it cold have been done though comunicating instead of much of worries, stress and extra work for so many IMO

Like someone said earlier, the only time the Admin responds in the forum is when someone praises his honesty and integrity.

If I was the Admin, I'd ask those gullible sheeps to fork over more $$$, and i'm sure they will ...

Also, the Admin believed that his honest and pristine reputation will bail him out of this possible scam of his, but I guess not everyone is buying it ...

This last response of his was over the top for me. Claiming he can't put people in contact with his lawyer because he was advised not to say anything to anyone... give me a fucking break. This guy is acting like a clown. I really don't buy it.
