As far as I understood, correct me if i am wrong, he had the money in the brokerage and he transferred from the brokerage to e-gold to take it to another brokerage account, why not do it by bank wire specially when it was already public e-gold's indictment?

Here's my guess ... if the Admin planned to scam in the first place, bank wire would leave trails ... but using e-gold as a scapegoat, no trail .... and, I had no idea that there are so many sheeps at GT in line waiting to be slaughtered ...

Re: Club-FX Recovery Plan
That's a pretty good summation, traderj. You must have done a lot of back-reading over at GT (and been nauseated, admit it!).
Well, at least something concrete is now being started here in this forum. I wish there was a way of convincing the herd at GT to head this way so they could shake off PeterB's hold on them.
But have you noticed that jambutty seems to be slowly starting to change his tune in his latest Club-FX post at GT (that is despite his ongoing verbal tussle with our man, conciliator)? I'd call that progress.

He did, but his broker was North Finance which allowed him to deposit/withdraw via e-gold - also if I'm not mistaken he's used marketiva in the past, but I am not sure if he was still using it at the time of the notorious hack.
I got this info from the goldentalk thread, I could go back and search it and paste you exactly what his words were, but I'm too lazy right now

I see this all the time in the trading game, people don't like to admit they were conned or tricked or whatever so it's easier to assume all will be well then it is to take a good hard look at the issue and realize you made an error in judgment.

Oh don't get me started on that... so and so... talk about a self righteous blow hard.... and that's the cleaned up version Of course I'm referring to the Butt Meister and not the beloved Conciliator

Re: Club-FX Recovery Plan
Trying to remain on topic here so I'll just quickly say this about Jambutty and then drop the subject, thanks.
Yes, he tends to be blustery and opinionated and I've locked horns with him on a couple of occasions. Who hasn't? It especially bothers me to see anyone get banned for expressing an opinion in a polite and civil manner. That is, he tends to be a little heavy handed when he brings his moderator powers to bear. I do, however, give him a grudging respect and I think the man is often misunderstood. He's from a different generation and, if I remember correctly, comes from a military background. He's definitely colorful and I think GT would be a sadder place without him.
Just my $.02.

Re: Club-FX Recovery Plan
The amount would be in Northfinance. The latest is that NF allows deposits from E-gold and withdrawals only back to E-gold accounts but not bankwire. I totally dont understand the situation PeterB is facing because he's not explaining at all.

That seems to be the root of the matter and odd as you seemed to be his go to guy whenever he wanted to gain respect in GT check with Jude this or that... now suddenly you are on the other side of the fence....
