Just to refresh, I think the case is going wrong or side way Peter B. claim we know there was a risk trading forex, no problem with it we all known and accept it - then he has been hacked ok but this is not the real point to fight for a refund with our claim- As admin of his program he had the responsability to keep our money safe in his trading and e-Gold account this is the real reason why he have losted our money and why he has to refund us so I hope it will be worked that way to have a chance to see it back one day.

The Ombuds has handed the case to The South African Police. What's positive is that it will be handled by a high ranking officer. They are taking it very seriously. I will post the official email form the Ombuds once I'm up and running (after a week or so); am using my phone to post-can't access my emails on it. I just hate being the one (not sure why) who's going to put Peter in jail.
You can however, rest assured that the wheels of justice are now beginning to turn a bit faster.

Thanks for your continuing efforts on everyones behalf. Don't feel too guilty about anything that may happen to PB, he, as I have said before will do his very best at what he is best at doing - LYING.
I called the investigating officer last week. He said I should make an affidavit stating what happened. Will take a few hours off from work sometime next week as he is based in another City and have to hand deliver the affidavit to me.

So pleased to see that there are still a few of us left to try and bring this matter to some sort of conclusion. I have been off the scene in recent weeks due to circumstances of health etc, but I am back, keep at him Telson and remember my earlier promises.
