He said to send an email with your investor information and you would receive a reply to your email within 24 hours. No one I know has received a reply yet.
Is anyone looking into a class action lawsuit? We should probably all join forces to try to get back whatever we can at this point.

Re: The Forex Project
Does anyone have any idea where lou is or what exactly is going on? The Chattanooga office is closed and empty. Apparantly he opened and closed a Spartanburg, SC office and left everyone high and dry there as well. I listened in on the conference call the other night, and forwarded my info, but the only reply i got was directing me to a new Yahoo group where new updates will be posted. The only update on the new Yahoo group was a recap of the conference call conversation.

Re: The Forex Project
From what I understand, Lou is in an undisclosed location. He is working on getting everyones money back. He has had a difficult time because one of his accounts were frozen. Why doesn't everyone just give it a little time before you start lighting the torches. They are having to move money around in order to get all of this straightened out. I am sure in his case, with as much money that is involved, it is not easy. I am not convinced he is purposely trying to screw everyone. In addition, it would probably go a bit faster if everyone would leave him alone and let him work on this problem. He IS working on this. The more lawsuits he piles up, the longer it is gonna take for everyone to get their money. Like I have said before, he had a lot of incapable people working for him and that is where I believe the problem started. Just be patient a bit longer so we can all get what we want.

I can understand what you are saying about lou, working on getting the money back, but from my point of view, you have to understand for at least 5 months now I haven't had one person at The Forex Project tell me the truth, the check is always in the mail, or being lost by Fed ex. I do hope and pray that Lou is trying to take care of it and not buying more time to get further away. Communication would be nice, not a conference call asking for you to email your info and that someone will contact you within 24 hours. It's over 48 hours now and nothing. I also want to state that I believe Lou has a big heart and his intentions were in the right place. He hired people to run his office, so he could do what he does best, trade, and I believe his business grew too fast. I can only hope that he is sitting somewhere right now trying to sort through all of this and do the right thing.

Re: The Forex Project
Has anyone receive any payment on there investmnt or income, TODAY.
I have been told that pending lawsuits have been settled with undisclosed funds. I have also been told that all clients have been paid, can anyone verify? Would anyone say that this is still a liable investment group for future plans?

No. it would be impossible for all the lawsuits to be settled that quickly...i would think most of them are in a holding pattern until something definitive about what happened and what will happen is known. it is also true that moving the money around, as stated before would take time. Communication has been poor so far, but they are working on a solution. The Forex Project, I'm afraid, is done and is sadly the best place to come for information from what I have gathered.

Re: The Forex Project
Charles, who told you money was paid out? There are 6 people I know of, including me that have very high money invested and we haven't received a penny...Regarding your question of possible future business, They closed the office and from what i can see from the door, it's empty, no desks nothing.....the owner won't return calls...would you invest?
