Lou is Evil. I second those before me that some of your info seems reliable. However, your statement that Lou served a 10 year prison stint for FRAUD is strong and I think should be backed up. Where and when did he serve prison time? Where did you get your information?

All Lou-is-evil comments are true. Lou did serve the prison sentence. Wish I would have known this before I invested. He is a scam and a fraud. FBI is investigating. Everyone is fired and centers are gone. Those who claim differently are not well informed or are friends of Lou, assuming he still has any.

It sounds to me like everyone is feeding on gossip. It may be true that some are not getting their money as promised, but what about all this other mess about Lou being in prison? I don't see any proof on that statement. No one knows where or when? Lou has been good to many people and maybe that is where he made a mistake. He gave jobs to people in need and put them in positions that they knew nothing about. Sadly, I think that is how all of this came to fall. He was generous to a fault. A scam artist? No, not until proven otherwise. But I don't see how people can post things about him without knowing for sure what is going on. Get your stories strait and show me proof then you have the right to write these things. Otherwise it is a bunch of gossip bs.

He is a sociopath as previously stated. He fits the definition to a tee. His registration with the NFA ran out in 1986 and he has never had registration with the SEC. As for a complete background...you can do that yourself if interested. USSEARCH.com for Luis H Rivas. Additionally, Luis' company, Lupa Trading Partners has no registration in the US (fictitious???).

Just look up sociopath and you will begin to see what Luis is, what motivates him, and why he'll never change.

On a side not, his knowledge of trading seems solid.

I have done my research, prior to contributing funds, and have found based on the allegations depicted on this blog. That Lou has indeed search 10 years in Arizona State Prison and Florida State Prison (AZ Inmate ID # 073626). These charges were indeed for security fraud and theft. Check it for yourself.
I understand clients and potential clients as myself are and would have been left without income on an investimate. But my Heart goes out to employees whose livelyhood and family finances soley rest on being paid by The Forex Project. What are these individuals to do? I personally can thank all of you for your information given prior too me investing with this company.

My family was also scammed by Lou in the Forex Project. We have multiple family members that invested all their savings and retirement plans. Did everyone call into the conference call last night? If you didn't, all Lou said was that his attorneys advise him not to speak at this time. He said to send an email with your investor information and you would receive a reply to your email within 24 hours. No one I know has received a reply yet.

Is anyone looking into a class action lawsuit? We should probably all join forces to try to get back whatever we can at this point.
