looks like someone has been busy... from what I read they've been at this for some time which makes me wonder if they had prior knowlege of the colapse of the forex project..... very suspicious.. but I wish them luck anyway.....

Wonder if this is a ploy to draw Lou out since it looks like much of the site is Lous stuff.. even worded like Lou spoke at the seminars....

He might want to be careful as Lou could sue him or should I say the bankruptcy courts could go after any profits (probably not any yet) from Lou's stuff to cover Lou's debts.

Wonder if it's front for Lou... Naaaa...

Could very well be a front. He wouldn't have anything in his name. He could be using someone else's identity now, SS# & the whole nine yards.
This wasn't his first rodeo & has many different scams he could be doing now. Everything from Mortgage scams, magazine subscription scams, MLM, Insurance Scams, you name it, he's probably done it. If the authorities are trying to find him, they should not just be looking for someone doing forex trading scams. I just hope they catch him and put him away.

Checked out that Forex Learning site.. and read the "home" part....the person speaks of recently having a baby girl.....and one of the friends name was Regina...Didn't the Chattanooga office have a "worker" that recently gave birth and there was a Regina there? little too coincidental if you ask me.......If you read the very bottom of the "home" page you will see that there is a disclaimer saying they are no way shape or form affiliated with
"the forex project, LUPA holdings, Luis H rivas etc"....interesting...

The little girl that had the baby is pam green angie jefferson daughter.Be advised this is pam's web page jennifer,tori,regina,jc all worked at the forex project.This should be reported to the FBI A.S.A.P

If you will recall, a previous poster named ShadowHawk wrote multiple long posts about how he was helping Pam do some web work. Someone referred to him as J.C. and he apparantly is a former employee of TFP. This is obviously on of the projects she had him do. In fact, a week or two ago when I was searching I came across a website, www.theforexproj.com (which is no longer active) that looked almost exactly like this new site. The fonts and links were exactly the same. The only information that was different was some of the strategies on the home page. I'm sure this JC was the author of both.

The fact that they mention names of previous employees in TFP and say they aren't affiliated with Lou makes it obvious that they aren't too brite.

It seems they have already removed the “untitled document” web page that has just been discussed but for those that missed out it was a website trying to sell teaching you how to trade using three number sets: Fibonacci, Lucas and a new one called “Emmy” (The name of Pam Greene’s baby). It said she had a trading account of $50,000 that she tanked down to $70 but that her gal pals: Tori, Jennifer, Regina and J.C. came over and helped her figure out.

Sounds like Pam never learned to trade very well but, with the help of her friends, she figured out that she could try to sell Lou’s system or at least as much as she could understand of it.

Pam used the name Pam Rivas for power within the company even though they were never married. Bet she’ll drop it now that she wants to profit from him in some other way.

Closed circuit to J.C. and Pam. Your con artist skills aren't really good yet, but don't fret. Maybe after you go to prison you will be able to hone your skills and come out and con hard working people out of millions of dollars just like your mentor Lou.

Don't be a douche. Those people were doing nothing wrong other than trying to make a living for themselves after the mess Lou left EVERYONE in. They had no jobs. No connections. No hope. Pam asked them to help her set up a website and do research and for their work they were compensated appropriately.

Nothing on that website was a scam. Yes, there was a fee....LIKE ANY OTHER SERVICE, you moron. They were not interested in managing funds or taking investments from anyone to "trade your money for you". It was a site for them to teach those still interested in training a valid method that DOES work. Lou was just too caught up in the glitz and glamor that he created around himself to use his own damn system to pay his clients. Instead he chose to use these "seminars" as fucking expensive dating services.

Don't you dare insinuate that someone is a con artist without knowing them personally and know for a FACT something is a con. IE you have video/audio tape of them plotting the whole thing. There is such a thing of being liable for your slanderous words. The internet is NOT as anonymous as you might think. Words can and will come back to haunt you.
