Hey, you guys want to sue the original investors, Alan has filed a lawsuit to get ALL of his money back. Maybe when he gets done sueing, you can sue him, and then someone can sue you, and maybe he can sue them. It can be 1 big sue party. These attorneys are going to love this.

Choppedandscrewed, I think you see the light that the other sue-happy individuals miss. There will be no money!!!!!!! THE MONEY IS GONE or....in the involved attorneys' waiting pockets. Justice, not money, will have to do. Stop wanting the money; that's why we are here in the 1st place....remember?

How many of the traders do you think were actually making the 15% per month they were expected to make?

I mean consistantly for say nine months or so before anyone even suspected a problem..... and on their live account not demo

If they didn't, the job shold not have existed for them....Oh wait, silly me.....There was no real "job" to begin with so WTF??? In the mean time many of us were trying to prove our mettle and several of us were doing it quite well over the 15%...until the negative vibe from "THE OFFICE" in an all-unspoken, all-of-the-sudden, "checks-being-wired" sort of way. As you can imagine, morale kind of slipped as the energy took a sinker and so did the percentage.
Incidental sidenote: I have sort of a slug phobia. I just named the slug on my back porch "Lou".....Had to be done.... Couldn't help it.
I shared this just in case it causes an ironic or needed smile or 2.
