Did you notice the "No current status" beside his name? Also, note the only approval was in 1986 and was withdrawn within a month! Makes me a little nervous. I still haven't received any payments. Have received a few more lies though. If you see something on the NFA site that I can't find, please let me know. Thanks

Bobby, don't take this the wrong way but, I believe if I had given any sum of money to anyone with a contract for a specific return and I was not given either my gain or the original investment back I would be contacting someone else besides this forum. Either an attorney or some shady character that could get it back for me. Like I said, I do appreciate those that share their experiences with everyone else so as to not make the same mistake.

I have spoken with Lou on several occasions since investing and he has given me numerous excuses and has lied to me in each of these conversations. The check is always "in the mail" or someone forgot to "drop it off" with Fed-ex, or I will personally bring it to you. NOTHING!

I agree with you that Lou hires people who need the job but I think this is for a reason other than to help them. He likes being a dictator and likes the control he has over people who MUST have the job. I have met several people within the organization and they have the same doubts as me. And there was never anything about organizations to which they belong, only a risk disclosure. They "follow" the NFA guidelines but I have found no proof of them belonging. Check it out yourself (NFA ID: 0110580). You can search it on the NFA website and see he is not registered as he claims, and hasn't been for several years. I hope some day I get to eat crow, but for now I'm stuck with chicken. You will be the first to know if I ever receive a red cent. And why the hell would I waist my time with this if I was receiving payments as you claim?

I want to thank you for answering me Bobby. Youre answer seems to show that the only one with a personal issue especially with Lou seems to be you. By reading what you just wrote I get the feeling you never was or are so called client but a disgrunteled ex employee. Bobby I am a client. I spoke to other clients like myself who Lou was late with their payments and they also got paid. By saying Lou wants to play God lets me know everything. Im sorry your so angry but I'll stay with THE FOREX PROJECT and Mr Rivas. Besides I learned to trade and I trade my own money now. You know whats interesting I can go to his center here anytime I want for free and do my trading with a expierieced trader near by. Bobby it was nice writing to you but I dont think your a real client.

I have never worked for Lou but know several who have. You really are stupid if you think I would waist my time saying these things just to get my own rocks off. Some people simply amaze me. Bobby it seems Manny has hit a nerve. You want to warn others of danger but no where did this Manny insult you. Did he hit a nerve. You keep saying others but no one else seems to be backing you up. Also dont it seem silly to give a persons number who you and you alone are accusing of being a fraud. I mean if he is do you think he would admit it. It seems you should sit down calm down and not show your ignorance.

Bobby its me Manny the Idiot. You know when someone starts a forum discussion they are ready willing and able to hear a counter remark. They take the good with the bad. I just stated what I thought, But you seem to be the type of person that just thinks they are right and the world is wrong. Bobby I said my opinion of you. I might be wrong. You could have been cheated. But I havent, and giving me a phone number I already have does me no good.
