Chattgirl I agree with Racer that we shouldnt post names. The email address they gave on the conference call was forexupdate1@yahoo.com. You can email them if you want to recieve a notice of the next conference call. I am uncertain about that address because it was the one given out by Lou when he held a conference call but they assured everyone that he does not have access to it. I can send u a pm of the names and info along with the attorneys name in Chattanooga if you would like.

I do agree we shouldn't post names...I did listen in on the first conference call and sent all my info to the yahoo group forexupdate1, so i'm a bit confused why I didn't get a notice on last nights call...I will send them an email and ask why i didn't get a notice and how i can make sure i am included in next mondays call. How can I get a pm from you? thanks so much for all your help!

I am new to this board as far as posting, I have just been reading. I did listen to the conference call last night. I am not to good about summarizing but here goes; 1) an attorney in NY has been contacted and has agreed (I think) to taking the case on consignment? 2) There has been an involuntary bankruptcy filed on Lu. 3) There is talk of going after InterbankFX, Equity Trust and possibly another bank in Texas. That is where the attorney in NY thinks we have the best opportunity to recover our funds. 4) The bankruptcy procedure would go after gifts, houses, cars, furs, computers, equipment, anything that can be documented as being bought with clients money. 5) There will be another conference call next Monday night. The time will be announced the night before. Send an email to the forexupdate1@yahoo.com address and maybe put a subject in as "notification of next conference call" and maybe someone will be able to get back to you. If not I am sure if you will check this board the number will be posted. I believe those were to key points. Oh yes, all of the above procedures and actions are being done on behalf of ALL clients.

The website "forexupdate1@yahoo.com is not monitored by Lu. I do know that. If you don't get a reply to every email, please know that there is really no employee available to watch this website and get back to you on a regular basis. This is being monitored by clients/agents who want to help us. I believe that it was set up be a group of guys out of the Knoxville office.

Satellite101w, I think that it would be great if we had a site that everyone could go to and that is easy to use. I went to your website and registered but could not make it work. It is too complicated for me to post a reply. If you could make it so that it is easy to use, I believe that you might be able to get something going with it. You name for the board is good, tfp1 "The Forex Project 1". Thanks for taking your time to try to come up with a place where we can all go. We need to keep communicating.

Just gave my info to the FBI Chattanooga (423-265-3601). They are compiling all the information and 'may' create their own website on the issue for people to follow-- a lot of that will depend on the lead investigator, the number of complaints, etc.

I suggest you call your information in too.

user101, you are right to have people call the FBI. We all know an investigation is going on but the more complaints the more attention it will get. I called yesterday and in fact had the agent I talked to pull up this website. He hadn't really heard about the case which kind of shocked me since I would assume with the big dollar losses and the urgency that it would be pretty major in that office but then again looking at the FBI website the investment scam artists are everywhere. He took my info and the amount of my loss and said he would pass it on and somone would eventually call me. Apparantly there are 12 agents in that office.

Well like everyone knows, Lou is a very good liar. I believed him hook line and sinker. But the more I found out about him, the more doubt I developed. It has been hard on all of us and I have devoted my time to helping everyone find any info they can on him. Like today I found out some more info that may be helpful. Lou is at it again. The same source who told me everything that was confirmed in the conference call has filled me in on late breaking news. Word is he is in Miami, FL and he recently purchased 16 new cell phones. My guess is he is starting something in Miami and is going to steal money from more people. I am going to look into informing the local authorities and newspaper and news stations so he cannot do this to anyone else. He is also still giving large sums of money to his babies mama. I heard $500k within the last day or two. He is not going to stop until he is arrested. I thought he may be smart enough to lay low for a while but he proved me wrong. If anyone can help me with this I would greatly appreciate it. The more phone calls they recieve, the more likely they are to take it seriously.

Guys think about it...The CFTC is on Lou's tracks and so is the FBI and TBI. Lou has not fled the country. He is not on a wild spending spree. In my opinion he is being watched like a hawk.
