I dont think he set up that yahoo update alone. During that very brief conference call, while giving the address he gave it incorrectly and a female interrupted him to give him the proper address.

The addy is legit and the good guys are working it. I think probably what's happening now is they are deciding on what is "need to know" and is able to be relayed. If lawsuits and feds are involved, then it may be some time before the entire truth and sequence of events comes to light.

Lou never claimed to be the broker. By broker, they are talking about Interbank FX and that company is quite sound financially. Lou would have opened a trading account with them just like you or I could without any special expertise or licenses.

Blame where blame is due. I agree that Ms. Jefferson is deeply involved in this scam but from my own personal observations her daughter, Pam btw, has been out of the business for some months now, long before all of this drama began. It was Ms. Jefferson throwing out the lines and lies. It was Ms. Jefferson signing the checks. It was Ms. Jefferson right there seated upon Lou's lap and helping to call the shots.

My sources have told me that Lou is going to be brought down. The FBI are investingating him as most of you probably know. He is not allowed to leave the country or even be on a plane. So he is not running very far with your money. Lou has bank accounts with just about every bank in Chattanooga and all of them have been frozen because of the investigation. If this lady proceeds with the involuntary bankruptcy(and im sure she will) then it is a possibility that any gifts Lou has bought for anyone with other peoples money over the past two years will be seized in order to pay back the money. This is just what I have heard and have not checked on this info. The womans voice you heard on the conference call was Lisa Cole another one of Lou's top people. Lisa along with Angie have defended and still are defending Lou and are giving people false hope of everything being ok and us getting our money we are owed. Well I hope they are both ready to go to jail right along side him.

Your right, not a broker but whats known as an Introducing Advisor (IA). Any of you guys that opened live accounts (including most employees from what I gather) would put down the company and his personal name when signing up at Interbank. Basically an IA gets a cut from all the people they bring to the actual broker and its largely based on the number of trades conducted. You can read more about this program on the Interbank website. If this includes you, you could always open a new live account to continue trading, so that he would not receive any more. Its small money you get as an IA, but when you look at all the traders hes brought in, I'm sure it adds up.
