Probably the reason Pam, Angie and I are being sued is because we are the first mentioned. These people aren’t reading the newspaper business section, they’re reading the tabloids. That’s why they are in this mess to start with and that is why they are now allowing Steed to spend their money suing a few high profile people for very little in return (they’re suing me for money I’ve already turned in for Pete’s sake!) instead of demanding he get the over $3 million Lou paid back on promissory notes within the 90 days of the bankruptcy (that’s the stuff he can legally get with very little fight since most lawyers see it as a no-win case). In this economy, you should be pissed if you think Steed is spinning his wheels and gambling on whatever will be left in two years.

Midnight tonight begins a new year...& we all are aware of what happened in 2008.
