It ceases to amaze me that people are still using adjectives like benevolent and paying it forward to describe Lou Rivas. Why is it so hard to come to terms with the fact that there is no good in a man that gives away what is not his? Doesn't the fact that he stole from investor's and drained IRA's negate any "good"?
During one of Lou's "we don't want the money, we don't need the money" seminars I witnessed him dish out over $100,000 in a weekend. Everything from charity donations to laptops to expensive dinners. The money was flowing like water. I sat there and pondered to myself, why would someone be so loose with their hard earned cash? Either they have so much money they don't know what to do with it OR it was never theirs to begin with. There is NO good in a man that makes high yield guarantees to investors and then squanders the money away on impulse buying, charity donations and shopping sprees to impress woman.
Lou Rivas has a deity complex that was fostered and nurtured by spending money like a drunken sailor.
KHAMM: My intentions were not to be harsh, but to show some tough love. It is obvious that you and others are still hoping for Lou to ride in on his trusty steed, stroke a check and save the day. Whether you were an investor or an "employee", the faster you wake up from this fantasy nightmare, the better.
I can't help but draw a correlation to Cult like activities I just watched on Discovery. The documentary highlighted Michael Travessar and the End Of The World Cult in Strong City, NM. Michael predicted that the world would end on October 31, 2007... Obviously his prediction was incorrect, but the amazing thing was the reaction of his followers. They were still right by his side, in lockstep with the glazed-over/ brainwashed look in their eyes. STOP drinking the Kool-Aid people!
