You won't find many "investors" here. It is impossible to earn those kind of returns in Real Estate, and almost every member here knows this.

First of all, it's nice to talk to You pesonally, Thank You for Your interest Please read this message to the End, Thank You again.

We work with a realty for quite a long time and this experience gives Us several benefits when managing different fund amounts, for example we make investments into property cosmetic upgrade or do exchanging into a higher priced property and that is only a part of overall process.

We target our investments in burgeoning, up-and-coming markets such as Austin, Texas, which could be the next Silicon Valley. We also buy homes in move-in shape because they are always in demand by home buyers who wish to take advantage of tax benefits, neighborhood amenities, and the other joys of owning their home. Roughly, EstateDeposits team liaison with top realtors and RE companies in USA to help investors reap a high return on investment.

We've launched our Website on 15th of February 2007, and by this time some of our old Clients (from our offline Department) accepted our proposal to move to an easier and time-saving way of cooperation with Us via Website-Department.

Frankly speeking, ED online Department currently does not generate any profit at all. Nonsense? For those, who are unaware.

There are several reasons for ED to move Online:

And now to the point, current high return on investment is our publicity, it helps Us to get familiarize with Internet demands and possibilities, and We are ready to pay for that for quite a long time. What's the Aim? Within 1 Year we are planning to lower the earning percents and increase the entry deposit (it is impossible to generate any profit for a deposit of $10, I believe You know it). And this will be a turning point for ED, and I hope successfull one.

go get a loan from your bank if you can earn such a high return from Real Estate..

My last house loan from the bank was 5.67% annually. Why in the world would you pay investors 4.1% a day, when you can go to a bank and get a no documentation loan for a fraction of that?

Making the returns he is offering from real estate is not possible, now add to this the fact that they are US based( he says it above) and are working without the proper license, furthermore I doubt if there is a real company behind, if there is would you mind sharing your company information??
