I was invited to join, but have not and don't plan to. I did join the forum when I was first invited, to check things out and to say hello.

I wrote a little about this on my blog today.

My personal dealings with Andy have been professional and civil, despite our disagreements. And I lost a bit in his TFT program .. mostly b/c I joined late which was a painful lesson lol.

Despite not agreeing with him selling XLO and especially having sold it to Bob Krimm, Andy and I continued to have respectful debates.

I respected the fact that Andy continued to communicate with me .. and continued to participate in the heated discussions in the forums at the time XLO was sold. Most admins would have just given us the finger and disappeared. I'm not excusing how this all ended, but I personally liked that he at least had the balls to continue speaking up despite how unpopular and controversial it was ..

Nevertheless, the entire experience left a bitter taste in my mouth as well .. and I wish him and his members well with this .. but I, too, am passing on it.

Dolphin, I completely disagree with your assessment of Andy and the way he handled things when he stole money from people with TFT and then sold XLO. He had "balls" as you put it, simply because he was already starting the plans and ground work for a new scam, which is now evidently, "the fx offer." That is the only reason this person stayed on the forums and gave one bs excuse after another. He wanted to appear as though he was not a scamming admin and was honest. Nothing could be further from the truth. He is a crook and stole people's money and ran 2 ponzi's. To anyone even remotely considering sending money to Andy, please, please, please stay away. The end result will be the same as it was before, and that is, the members will lose money.

Do you have proof that's how it was behind the scenes?

I can only speak from my experience and my experience with Andy personally, was civil and respectful.

I agree that how it all came down sucked royally for all .. I lost a few hundred in TFT .. and I blasted Andy for his sale of XLO and more so WHO he sold it to.

He was over at The Safelist a great deal engaging in debates etc .. so for that, I stand by what I said in that I view it as him sticking around to explain things. Call that being naive if you wish ... doesn't mean I loved the guy. my respect for him certainly diminished with the whole situation ... but most admins wouldn't even give a crap enough to do anything but take the money and run ...

Perhaps you're right .. that he was laying the groundwork for his returning and playing his psychological games.. as you can see with his return, most people aren't swayed by that anyway and the interest in his program at this time, from what I can tell at his forum, is not that strong ...

I personally am NOT joining his program ... I've stated that .. but those that choose to do so, I wish them well and hope they do not lose ...
