Yes, many programs think that registering an IBC or another company in Belize they can offer an investment program legally and that's not true, they need a financial license from Belize and they must ask for this license to the government.
I sent an email to IFSC a week ago about this matter. And they usually don't give that license, so many programs continue without that financial license and then you will see this announce from IFSC in most of them.

Agreeing with Jose on Belize's warnings. I've just browsed through Alstonprice, and find nothing fishy as yet.

It looks they're selling MLM products to me though.
